Quests for Plane of Justice

Reaching the Seventh Hammer (Normal): In order to reach the Seventh Hammer, you must beat all six trials. After you get all six Marks from the trials, go up to any of the Tribunal with them in your inventory.

You say, 'I seek knowledge.'

The Tribunal tells you, 'Most impressive. It has been long since a mortal has shown such prowess.' It considers you for a long moment. 'There is one final test that you must undergo.' A gleaming metal disc appears in your hand. 'Hold up the Mark of Justice as you enter the portal, and prepare for your judgement.'

This will give you the seventh mark, The Mark of Justice, with which you click on a blue exit portal to get to the room containing the Seventh Hammer, whom you must then fight. (To port over, hold the key on your cursor and click the "U" key on your keyboard. You must be in a group to be able to zone in)

As a side note, the Symbol of Order is required as part of the Monk Epic 1.5/2.0 quest.
Reward: Knife of Justice
Reward: Precious Cameo Pendant
Reward: Headsman's Hoop
Reward: Faith Wrought Two Handed Sword
Reward: Mantle of the Accused
Reward: Warden's Buckler
Reward: Steel Centered Great Bow
Reward: Symbol of Order

Trial of Execution (Normal): You can only do this quest with a single group. Completing this quest (or any of the other trials) will give you access to the Plane of Storms and the Plane of Valor.

Talk to Mavuin in the basement cellblock.

You say, 'Hail, Mavuin'

Mavuin strains his eyes to look up at you in disbelief, then reaches down into a rusted vent and pulls out a journal. 'Please I implore you, take word to the Tribunal. I have done nothing wrong, yet I have been sentenced to eternity in this cell. I wish to present all of the [information] about my case to them. They must listen to my plea if they are truly the gods of justice.'

You say, 'What information?'

Mavuin tells you, 'I know it has been said for years before me, and will be said for years after me, but I was truly framed for my crime. You see the gods feared the knowledge that I carry with me. So to prevent me passing this knowledge to others, it was set up to show that I had plotted to murder one of the other elders. Please go before the tribunal and plead my case. If you do this I will share what I know with you, I apologize for holding it against you, but I am desperate to be released.'

You have received a character flag!

Head to the area with The Tribunal, and ask them about Mavuin. Following the dialog, saying "I am prepared" to each Tribunal will give you description of the six trials.

You say, 'Hail, The Tribunal'

The Tribunal fixes you with a dark, piercing gaze. 'What do you want, mortal?'

You say, 'I am prepared.'

The Tribunal nods slightly. 'Very well. When you are ready, you may begin the trial of execution. The victim will perish should the hooded executioner reach him. Its life will end only when all of the nemeses which accompany it also perish. We shall judge the mark of your success.'

When you are ready:

You say, 'I am ready to begin the trial of execution.'

The Tribunal says 'Then begin.'

Your group will be teleported to the event area where you will only get a few seconds before things start.

This trial goes in four waves. When you start the trial, an executioner will spawn at the far end of the room. Your job is to protect the prisoners from being executed. Four waves of Mobs will spawn. Kill them as fast as you can because the Executioner moves toward the prisoners as you attempt to kill the mobs and if you are not fast enough he will kill the prisoner and your trial will have failed. Each wave goes faster than the one before it, so try to conserve mana on the early ones so that you can do some serious nuking by the last one.

After you have killed off the fourth wave, you need to then kill the executioner. Killing him wins the trial and wins you the Mark of Execution.

Now go talk to the Tribunal.

You say, 'What evidence of Mavuin?'

You have received a character flag!

The Tribunal tells you, 'You have completed a trial - impressive for mortals. You can tell Mavuin that we will hear his plea. We will seek him out as time befits us.'

Head back down and hail him.

Mavuin tells you, 'So you have pleaded my case to the Tribunal, I am most thankful. I hope that they will listen to my case soon and release me. The knowledge that I promised you is this. The followers in the Plane of Tranquility are trying to find information on what has happened to Zebuxoruk. What I know is that he has been captured for a second time. If you want to find out more information I believe you should seek an audience with Karana and Mithaniel Marr. I can only assume that they were present at the time of his capture and know why this has taken place. Also seek from Marr a way to translate the divine language. Only with it can you understand the writing of the gods. There is no more that I can tell you, but thank you once again for your attempt in returning my freedom.'

You have received a character flag!

You are now flagged to be able to enter the Plane of Storms and Plane of Valor.

This trial is popular, and may have a wait time associated with it, as it is the easiest of the trials, and it can only be run once every 30 minutes per server on success. On failure, it can be re-run as soon as all the players from the failed trial clear out of the room.

Reward: Troubadour's Mace
Reward: Silver Hammer Earring
Reward: Veil of the Executioner
Reward: Sentinel's Shoulder Plates

Trial of Flame (Normal): You can only do this quest with a single group. Completing this quest (or any of the other trials) will give you access to the Plane of Storms and the Plane of Valor.

Head to the area with The Tribunal, and ask them about Mavuin. Following the dialog, saying "I am prepared" to each Tribunal will give you description of the six trials.

To do this one, say "I am ready to begin the trial of flame." Make sure you are actually prepared when you say that because your group will be teleported to the event area where you will only get a few seconds before things start.

You say, 'I am prepared.'

The Tribunal nods slightly. 'Very well. When you are ready, you may begin the trial of flame. You must endure the heat of the fire and be sure not to let its creatures reach the center. We shall judge the mark of your success.'

You say, 'I am ready to begin the trial of flame.'

The Tribunal says 'Then begin.'

This one puts you in one of the open rooms with a pillar in the middle. Four mobs will spawn, either imps or fire elementals. Elementals are mezzable, imps are not.

Waves of mobs spawn around the outside of the arena and then proceed to move towards a post in the center. If any mob at all reaches the post in the center, you loose. Do not try and fight in or close to the centre of the arena as sooner or later a mob will end up on the post even if you have aggro.

During the fights, three different AE's will be cast throughout the room:
Searing Heat (debuffs fire resistance by 100 for 6.5 minutes)
Fiery Death (DD for 400hps and 1-slot dispell)
Wave of Heat (DoT for 200hps per tick).

After four waves you will have to defeat Punisher of Flame.

Finishing this trial yields you the Mark of Flame.

Now talk to the Tribunal.

You say, 'I am ready to begin the trial of hanging.'

The Tribunal says 'Then begin.'

You are teleported into the trial area.

Make sure to kill phantoms of asphyxiation and spirits of suffocation. Two mobs + Spirit of Suffocation spawn at the beginning, kill Spirit then get on a mob, another spirit will spawn, kill the spirit right away. Basically each wave will be 2 mobs and 2 spirits, but only 1 spirit can be up at one time. Razorbeasts are unmezzable; air elementals are mezzable. There will be messages to tell you how long you have to kill the spirit of suffocation before you lose. If one of the 3 sentenced prisoners falls over on the ground, KILL IT FAST, otherwise you will lose. After the spirits of suffocation are dead in the 4th wave, the boss, Gallows Master Teion, will spawn. When we spawned the boss we had 3 mobs up that were mezzed still from previous rounds. Boss is an enchanter, hits for 720 max and rampages. He's about as tough as all the other ones. Kill him to loot the Mark of Hanging.

Now talk to the Tribunal.

To do this one, say "I am ready to begin the Trial of Lashing". Make sure you are actually prepared when you say that because your group will be teleported to the event area where you will only get a few seconds before things start.

You start in a room with 3 exits. To the left and right are two little cubbies down some stairs and behind is a stairway up. Basically, 4 mobs spawn, razorbeasts hit for 360 max, stone guys hit for 450. Approach it like the other trial where you mez them all and target one to kill. Approximately 40 seconds after spawn an untargetable mob called "a scourge of honor" spawns and will agro and hit for 208 max I believe. When this spawns, 3 flickering spirits spawn, one upstairs and one in each of the two cubbies. If you kill these three spirits, the scourge despawns. Once the scourge is down, finish killing the 4 mobs to complete 1 wave. When the next wave spawns, send your killer upstairs to prepare for the spirit. Rinse and repeat this tactic through the first 3 waves. On the fourth wave, DO NOT kill all 3 spirits until all of the 4 mobs spawn. You will have to deal with the scourge while killing the 4 mobs, however when you kill the 3 spirits, the boss named "Lashman Azakal" will spawn, regardless of if the 4 mobs are up or not.

Kill the boss to loot the Mark of Lashing.

Now talk to the Tribunal.

You say, 'I am prepared.'

The Tribunal nods slightly. 'Very well. When you are ready, you may begin the trial of stoning. The archers will not cease their punishment until nothing else stands. Do not let the prisoners take more than they can bear. We shall judge the mark of your success.'

When you are ready:

You say, 'I am ready to begin the trial of stoning.'

The Tribunal says 'Then begin.'

You are teleported into a square room with 3 x "an accused prisoner" against one wall. After a few seconds, four mobs will enter the room through one of the doors in the walls. The mobs can be rock men ("a shadow grinder"), earth elementals ("nemesis of stone"), or spectres ("a relentless punisher"). When the mobs are up, so are two untargetable archers ("a pitiless avenger") who shoot you for 90-100 damage while fighting. Rock men are unmezzable and spectres are mezzable. After four waves of this, the boss Yurae Zhaleem will spawn. It melees for ~700, is slowable, and procs Gravel Rain. Kill him to loot the Mark of Stone.

Head to the area with The Tribunal, and ask them about Mavuin. Following the dialog, saying "I am prepared" to each Tribunal will give you description of the six trials.

To do this one, say "I am ready to begin the Trial of Torture" to the appropriate Tribunal. Make sure you are actually prepared when you say that you are, your group will be teleported to the event area where you will only get a few seconds before things start.

You say, 'I am prepared.'

The Tribunal nods slightly. 'Very well. When you are ready, you may begin the trial of torture. Only when a wraith of agony dies will the prisoners feel any relief. Take care to find and kill it quickly, lest their torment overcome them. We shall judge the mark of your success.'

You say, 'I am ready to begin the trial of torture.'

The Tribunal says 'Then begin.'

When you start this trial, you're staring at a T intersection, if you run around to the left you'll see a cubby, and you'll realize that you are in a hallway surrounding a center room. There is a door to the center room on the opposite side from where you started the trial. 4 mobs spawn and two come from each side down the hallway. Mez and kill one at a time as fast as possible. These were shades and razorbeasts and hit for 280-300ish. After you kill all 4, if you were fast, a Wraith of Agony will spawn in the middle room, kill wraith (similar to other mobs) and an ae heal spell will go off. Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds to reach the boss, Punisher Veshtaq. Punisher Veshtaq is similar to the boss of execution, hits for 700s with an added twist of a 100 hp AE every 9 seconds that has a small knockback to interrupt spells. Zenoux's Grimoire (Unsolved): You must be fluent with Elder Dragon to get this quest.

You say, 'Hail, Zenoux'

Zenoux does not appear to understand you.

Zenoux regards you indifferently -- You could probably win this fight.

You say, in Elder Dragon, 'Hail, Zenoux'

Zenoux says, in Elder Dragon, 'Mortal. . .' He flaps his wings and a talon taps against the floor, making a sharp noise in the silence. 'Mortal. . . time is short. If you can understand me, perhaps you can help me. I need my grimoire, my tome, the source of my power. With help from the [distant ones], I can make my escape.'

You say, 'What distant ones?'

Zenoux says, in Elder Dragon, 'My learning is one of the eldest. . . perhaps. . . in all existence. From the depths of Limbo can I convene with them. . . they, the distant ones. My bidding can they fulfill, for short times. I need my grimoire! My grimoire, hear me, Wood Elf! Fetch it and I can reward you with riches beyond your wildest reckoning! Hurry!'
