Find Elistar Vorann in Felwithe, located in the building across from the bank.

You say, 'Hail, Elistar Vorann'

Elistar Vorann says 'Hello, ______. Welcome back to the fair city of [Felwithe]. You must tell me of your travels!'

You say, 'What of Felwithe?'

Elistar Vorann says 'While you were away, we have made much advancement. Our trade alliance with Kaladim has secured us fresh mithril from their mines. In the meantime, our artisans have been refining our armor [designs] in preparation for the new alloys.'

You say, 'What designs?'

Elistar Vorann says 'Yes, our old designs relied too heavily on the stopping power of the materials used in the armor. The new designs promote lighter, more flexible armor suits while providing the same amount of protection. It's difficult to explain until you have worn a new suit yourself. Would you be [interested] in these new armor patterns, or have you heard about the beneficial [symbols] I have discovered?'

You say, 'I am interested.'

Elistar Vorann says 'Very well. To make you a pattern book, I'll need some zombie skin and darkbone marrow from the Estate of Unrest. I can use those to create the cover and ink for the book. I'll also need some of the battle beads from Crushbone to help bind the book and a rotting orc tooth to complete the ink. Bring me these things and the pattern book shall be yours.'

Hand in the items.

Elistar Vorann says 'Well done, ______. Here, take this pattern book. It may require some time to master the technique of making armor, but these new patterns should set you out in the right direction. Best of luck!'

You receive Ancestral High Elven Armor.

You say, 'What symbols?'

Elistar Vorann says 'I have found a great many symbols that can be created and added to our new armor designs. Once you placed these symbols on the armor the effect is nothing short of amazing. The capabilities of the armor are improved beyond the sum of its parts. If you wish I would be willing to part with instructions for these symbols in exchange for some [favors].'

You say, 'What favors?'

Elistar Vorann says 'I have several sets of research components I have been after for some time now. Unfortunately I have not had the time to be able to gather them myself. If you would be willing to retrieve them for me they can be found in several areas, the [Ocean of Tears], [Lower Guk], [Fungus Grove], or [Lavaspinner's Lair].'

Illegible Scrolls (Northern Felwithe) (Normal): General Jyleel (Paladin Guildmaster) is at location 10, -201 in Northern Felwithe. He's on Find (Ctrl+F).

You say, 'Hail, General Jyleel'

General Jyleel says 'Stand at attention!! I am General Jyleel, of the Koada'Vie, defenders of Felwithe. Do you [follow Tunare], the Mother of All, or do you still [seek your enlightenment]?'

You say, 'I follow Tunare.'

General Jyleel says 'Then you are wise indeed. Would you like to [assist the defenders] in our conflicts or have you other business to attend to?'

You say, 'I would like to assist the defenders.'

General Jyleel says 'Seek out the Crushbone orcs of the Faydarks. We must have their oracle scrolls. They are illegible to you, but we will study them here in Felwithe. Only the orc oracles will carry them, so be very careful. There is also the problem with the [Crushbone runners].'

Head to Crushbone or Lesser Faydark and kill orc oracles to loot an Illegible Scroll.

Hand General Jyleel the Illegible Scroll.

General Jyleel says 'Very fine work. A pity you are not Koada'Vie. Here is a small reward for you. Anytime you come upon an oracle, remember to return its scroll to me. Go and find your fate on the field of battle.'

You say, 'What Crushbone runners?'

General Jyleel says 'The Crushbone orcs are sending messages across the Ocean of Tears to Antonica. Why, we do not know. The runner is usually spotted on the open pathways of Butcherblock, running toward the docks. Find him, kill him, and return his note pouch.'

Head to Butcherblock Mountains near the Greater Faydark zone line. orc runner spawns at the first tree on the right coming from GF (/waypoint -995, -2839, +0.35). His placeholders are orc centurion and orc spawn. He has a 3 mn respawn timer. You may sit to the west of the tree so that the spawning orc will attack you instead of running away.

Kill orc runner to loot a Runner Pouch (common drop) as well as (rare drops) a Sealed Letter.

Head back to Northern Felwithe and hand Generald Jyleel the Runner Pouch.

We shall also continue our supply of arcane knowledge to their agent in Freeport. Ambassador D'Vinn Crushbone Region

Princess Lenya (Normal): This quest begins with Tynkale (Paladin Guildmaster) in Northern Felwithe. It's fairly long and involved with several parts to it.

You say, 'Hail, Tynkale'

Tynkale says 'Hail noble, _____! Can you be of [service to the Clerics of Tunare] or are you not from our order?'

You say, 'I can be of service to the Clerics of Tunare.'

Tynkale says 'That is good. Prove yourself, then. Are you [new to Felwithe] or have I been conversing with a [veteran of the good fight]?'

You say, 'I am a veteran of the good fight.'

Tynkale says 'I command you to venture to Innothule and seek a beast called Jojongua, a name penned by the trolls. It is said to be ten feet tall and nothing but fury. Some say it resembles a kobold, but how can that be? You bring this beast's hide to me and then I will believe you to be a veteran. Beware! Innothule is a very dangerous place even for a noble veteran.'

Jojongua is found in the aptly named "Jojongua's Tower" in Innothule Swamp. Loot the Very Large Pelt and take it back to Tynkale.

Tynkale says, 'So you have proven yourself to be a great slayer of beasts. Now it is time to prove yourself to be an asset to the Crown. You are to meet a man named Tolon Nurbyte. He will be at the local inn. Go to him and repeat the phrase, 'The glory of the Mother shines bright.' I can say no more. Oh... and here. This may help you on your upcoming adventure.'

Head to Travelers Home Inn in North Felwithe. Inkeeper Freegraze is on the left when you enter the building, and may be located using Find (Ctrl-F).

You say, 'Hail, Inkeeper Freegraze'

You say, 'Where is Tolon Nurbyte?'

Inkeeper Freegraze says 'So you are inquiring about Mister Tolon Nurbyte, eh? He is on the second floor, last door on the right. You two had best not be up to any mischief. The pair of you look a little shifty for the kingdom of Felwithe.'

Head upstairs as directed. Tolon Nurbyte is found at /way +155,-350,+17.

You say, 'Hail, Tolon Nurbyte'

Tolon Nurbyte says 'Didn't your mother teach you not to walk in other people's rooms without knocking?! You didn't even have the courtesy to close the door behind you!!'

You say, 'The glory of the Mother shines bright.'

Tolon Nurbyte says 'So you're the slayer of Jojongua. Funny, I thought you would be taller. I guess you will have to do. I am Tolon Nurbyte of the Silent Watch. We do all the dirty work of King Tearis Thex. No one knows of us. So I hope you accept this mission or I will have to kill you. Do you [accept the mission] or do you [wish to leave]?'

You say, 'I accept the mission.'

NOTE: Tolon Nurbyte's responses may be bugged. The quest does work, however.

Tolon Nurbyte says 'In her mortal life, Kaya Rishareth was a keeper of tranquility and served her beloved child-like goddess with every fiber of her being. A native to the free city of Freeport, Kaya found herself traveling on her own as soon as her master would allow. Erudin was the destination she chose and it was the temples dedicated to The Tranquil where she sought to learn more about her goddess and perhaps share philosophies and knowledge with the High Men. Erudin received her graciously and for nearly a year, she studied the High Men's way of worship and reverence to their shared deity. However, tranquility is easily disrupted and those who seek it, must also [defend it].'

If you say "I wish to leave", he attacks you.

You say, 'I wish to leave'

Tolon Nurbyte says 'There is only insufferable labor and merciless torment here, stranger. Kaya Rishareth has condemned her eternal self to servitude in the War Forge -- her selfless act malignantly repaid by the gods with this existence. Her spirit died here long ago and her life's [effort and struggles] were ultimately for naught.'

There are no known responses to "defend it" or "effort and struggles".

If you ask him about Princess Lenya:

You say, 'Who is Princess Lenya Thex?'

Tolon Nurbyte says 'What?!! You have word of the Princess? She has been missing for quite a while. I sent Tearon to Tunaria to search for her, but he has not reported back. If you wish to help, you'd better prove yourself worthy first. I believe you should talk to Tynkale.'

The response seen here may be that of a faction level too low.)

At this point, do the Highpass Lottery quest to get the key to the royal suite, Highkeep Royal Suite and use it to open the door to Tearon Bleanix.

You say, 'Hail, Tearon Bleanix'

Tearon Bleanix says 'Beware!!.. Beware, the Teir'Dal walk the halls of Highkeep!!'

You say, 'Who is Princess Lenya Thex?'

Tearon Bleanix says 'The Princess Lenya Thex is the daughter of His Royal Majesty, King Tearis Thex of Felwithe. She was on her way to Qeynos when we believe she was kidnapped by Carson McCabe, the governor of this vile city. I await the paladin from Felwithe.'

You say, 'All is not bright above the clouds'

Tearon Bleanix says 'Taken from this place she has been. Seek the Highpass hussy. Ask of her. Only she knows where. Find the Princess. Give her this. Show your allegiance. This and her key. Then return the room key to me with the prize from the princess. Become a hero!!'

You receive Tearon's Bracer.

The "Highpass Hussy" Tearon referred to is Mistress Anna. You learn this by talking to most any NPC in High Keep (such as the guards) and asking them "Who is Mistress Anna?"

You say, 'Who is Mistress Anna?'

Guard Mytin says 'Mistress! Aptly named, that one. You are speaking of the Highpass hussy. That is what everyone calls her, at least behind her back, that is. Just as Highpass, she is beautiful and frequently traveled. I have heard rumors that Carson has been seeing her, but how can that be true? He has Lady McCabe. What else does he need?'

Find Mistress Anna at /way -78, -88, +65.72.

You say, 'Hail, Mistress Anna'

Mistress Anna says 'Yes? I don't often converse with the servants of Highkeep, but what do you want? I am a very good friend of Carson McCabe's. If I wished it so, you could be sent to the dungeons to converse with the artisans of pain.'

You say, 'Who is Princess Lenya?'

Mistress Anna says 'What do you know of the Princess? Are you [working for Lady McCabe] or were you [sent by someone else]?'

You say, 'I was sent by someone else'

Mistress Anna says 'I see. The Princess was being held by Lady McCabe. The one who would know of her whereabouts is a dark elf named Tyrana, but I doubt she will tell you. You will have to beat it out of her and then find a shackle key for little miss 'princess.' I regularly meet with Marlin, the locksmith, at night in room six at Rooster's in Highpass. Do me a favor and kill the disgusting creep. You will find the shackle key you need on him. Now, get out of here!'

You say, 'I am working for Lady McCabe'

Mistress Anna says 'Then may I suggest you pick the closest window and jump out?!!'

Find Marlin Shirtov in Highpass Hold. Mistress Anna asked you to kill him but, you do not need to. He spawns at 9 PM game-time (using /time) and then despawns later in the day.

You say, 'Hail, Marlin Shirtov'

Marlin Shirtov says 'What are you doing in here? I requested no room service. Now leave, quickly, before Mistress Anna comes!'

You say, 'Who is Mistress Anna?'

Marlin Shirtov says 'Mistress Anna is my lover. She will wed me as soon as she is through mourning the loss of her ex-lover. Until then, I shall continue to keep her well. She assures me she will be over it soon. I am sure she loves me. She meets with me often. 'At 9 in 6,' she always says.'

You say, 'Who is Princess Lenya Thex?'

Marlin Shirtov says 'What was that about Princess Lenya? You know her? I feel sorry for her. I wish I had the courage to help her. I made the key for her special shackles. Maybe you can rescue her. Tell you what, I have always wanted to venture to Qeynos to buy a silk evening tunic for Mistress Anna. You go and get me it and I shall give you the key to Princess Lenya's shackles.'

Go to South Qeynos and buy Silk Evening Tunic from Iana Lenard.

Iala Lenard says 'Welcome to my humble establishment! I specialize in cloth, but lately I have begun to dabble in silk, the finest material I have ever used.'

You say, 'What proof of allegiance?'

Princess Lenya Thex says 'When I speak of proof of allegiance, I speak of proof you were sent by one of the [Silent Watch].'

You say, 'What dark shackles?'

Princess Lenya Thex says 'My Teir'Dal captors have placed magical shackles upon me. The shackles prevent me from using my magic to transport myself home nor do they allow me to venture far from Lake Rathetear. I will require special shackle keys from Highkeep.'

You say, 'What Silent Watch?'

Princess Lenya Thex says 'The Silent Watch are the Royal Family's guardians. If you run into one, maybe he'll teach you a lesson or two!'

Give the princess the Brass Key and Tearon's Bracer:

Princess Lenya Thex says, 'I will require both the shackle key for the [dark shackles] and some [proof of allegiance].'

The Falchion (Normal): This quest is offered after you complete the Orc Runner quest. You will also need to be at 232 mid-amiable faction with Clerics of Tunare to get this quest.

Speak with the Paladin guildmaster, Lord Jyleel, in the basement of the Paladin guild in Northern Felwithe. He wants you to prove yourself a faithful Paladin of the court.

General Jyleel says, 'So, the Teir'Dal are behind the recent advances of the orcs?!! Your news has shed light on their union. It is time to step forth and prove yourself a [faithful paladin of this court].'

You say, 'I am a faithful paladin of this court'

General Jyleel says, 'I command you to seek out this Ambassor D`Vinn and rip his heart from his lifeless body. The Realm of Heroes -- Felwithe (Unsolved): There seem to be several NPC's that talk about the Realm of Heroes. Here is the one in Felwithe. Nethryn is located in the Felwithe Inn named "Travelers Home" on the first floor, first room.

You say, 'hail Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato bows at the waist, his manner sincere and regal with the soft smile upon his lips. ''Greetings and good day Aerian , I trust that [you are well]?''

You say, 'I am well.'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'Excellent! It is quite a pleasant day, indeed. However, I am curious, and I do not mean not [to pry], but by what grace of Tunare have I the pleasure of your company? Perhaps you merely [travel], or is it [me] you truly seek?

You say, 'why do you pry?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'Very well, I do apologize if I did offend. May your travels be rewarding and Tunare's good grace upon you, Aerian .

You say, 'it is you that I seek.'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato blinks in surprise, a sense of pride lighting is face. ''I see. It has been some time since I have been called upon in [this realm]. I am afraid that I cannot leave [my post], however, I shall pray for Tunare?s guidance to the answers you seek.''

You say, 'what is your post in this realm?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'I am Lord Nethryn the Arbitrator, once a devout priest of Tunare, and now a most loyal servant. I once resided within the [Realm of Heroes], but she has called upon me again to [serve] as I did once within my [mortal form] and years.

You say, 'what did you serve in your mortal form'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato sighs heavily, a look of trouble and sorrow upon his brow. ''Several centuries past, within the first years of [his majesty's] rise to the throne, I served as the High Priest of Tunare and was head of the [council], that most dreadful council. I do not regret my past work, as I did [what needed to be done] then. It was all for the benefit of our people, both Fier'Dal and Koada'Dal alike.''

You say, 'what council'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'The council I served upon was a council of five priests and a single knight, all of which were devout in the most sincere meaning of the word to the Earth Mother. With the rising [activities] of the most vile [Lord Mistmoore], the council was placed as a judge and jury for all who had become infected with the [disease].

You say, 'what sort of activities?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'The Vampire Lord, Mayong Mistmoore, who continues his tyrannical and monstrous rise in power within our neighboring forest had begun to manifest is power in attempts to further his rule and dominion over the continent of Faydwer. In the Lord's attempts, he unleashed the Lycanthropy virus upon the forests, infecting many of our nation's people. In time, the virus had been eliminated and was no longer a threat, but the [souls] of those who were unfortunate enough to meet the council did not survive, but were avenged.

You say, 'what souls?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'There were too many to count. . . Far too many condemned souls. There was nothing we could do for them but ease their pain and assist to keep the virus from spreading to the other inhabitants of our nation. No cure existed, and to this day, a cure continues to evade us. I still remember the [last] victim that I had to condemn before Tunare chose me for ascension.

You say, 'what last victim?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato 's eyes swell with pain and fury. ''A young girl by the name of Khasra, was the youngest that our council had to attend and judge. I will never forget her face, nor the voice of her pleading mother. Forever I shall regret that decision, and regret our ignorance to her [threat].''

You say, 'what was her threat'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'The young girl's mother had threatened to take Khasra to the Lord's domain and seek a cure there if we did not further our search for one. She would not allow her daughter to fall to the same fate as all the others had. We ignored her threat, and in turn, the girl now walks as a servant of Mistmoore, eternally embraced as one of his monstrous creations. I pray with every waking energy of my being for her, and still I know not why Tunare has chosen me for this [task and glory].

You say, 'what is your task and glory?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'I am a herald, a harbinger, and a judge of the Earth Mother. I have been charged with the duty of [accepting] those who have won the eyes and favor of the gods and returning to them recognition and reward for their deeds.

You say, 'who is to be accepted?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'Those who have been found worthy in their deeds to accept recognition from the gods are given a [coin] that they mayl give to one of the many [heroes and servants] that the gods have recently returned to this realm.

You say, 'what coin of heroes and servants?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'There are five coins, five very specific coins that hold a divine light and essence to them. Even the hand and eye of the most crafted rogue or artist cannot forge Honor, Insight, Gallantry, Tranquility, and Faith.

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'The Fier'Dal rangers that inhabit the Lesser Faydark have spotted a courier making deliveries to the Teir'Dal camp near Castle Mistmoore and to a necromancer that lingers near the ancient obelisk. We believe that the crates he carries are supplies needed for the creation of more Ghasts. Another shipment should be arriving soon. Seek out the necromancer at the obelisk and take his head then take the head of the courier and return them to me with the crate that the courier carries and your Initiate Symbol of Tunare.

This unlocks the Tunare Disciple quest. Reward: Initiate Symbol of Tunare

Tunare Warden (Normal): This is the third Tunare quest. You must do the first two before you can do this one.

You say 'I am ready to become a Warden of Tunare.'

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'The crate that the you recovered from the Courier contained this black candlestick that radiates an aura of great magical power. I request that you deliver the candlestick to Lady Trilani who is studying with the High Men in Erudin. Perhaps she can divine the nature of the candlestick and offer aid in defeating its power. The remaining contents of the crate have been given to Crusader Swiftmoon to be delivered to a gnome in steamfont that is purchasing them on behalf of the Eldrich Collective. When you return be sure to present your Disciple Symbol to me with anything that Trilani may ask you to deliver.'

You receive a Black Stone Candlestick. Take this to Trilani Parlone (The Mystic Cloak Quest NPC) in the Erudin Palace.

Trilani Parlone says 'I sense a great evil power in this candlestick. I will need you to concoct a divinatory aid for me before I can discern more. Take this suspension and brew it in a brew barrel with one white hellebore (dropped by Gnolls in Split Paw or SK), a pouch of the red dust created by the Fire Peak Goblin Wizards, and the caustic substance used by the werebats in Unrest.'

You receive Magical Suspension Fluid.

-- Note: The pouch of red dust seems to drop off random goblins in Solusek's Eye. It seems like every goblin has a chance of dropping it.

-- Also, all of these items are NO TRADE, and you can usually just ask people hunting in the zones to let you loot them.

Get the ingredients and brew them to craft Divinatory Concoction (trivial?); Take this back to Tilani.

Trilani Parlone performs a subtle divinatory ritual. 'This is a powerful evil indeed. The smoke from special candles crafted by the Teir'Dal and burned in this candlestick allows the creation of undead of unordinary might. The Ghasts are only one of its many possible creations. I will concoct a powder for you to take back to Yeolarn that will assist in defeating the monstrosities the candle has produced. The candlestick itself will remain here within the High Tower of Erudin for the time being.'
