Quests for High Keep

Going Postal (High Keep to Qeynos) (Normal): Lislia Goldtune is found at 3.61, -34.54, -0.64.

You say, 'Hail, Lislia Goldtune'

Lislia Goldtune says 'Hail, ______ - Are you [interested] in helping the League of Antonican Bards by delivering some [mail]?'

You say, 'What mail?'

Lislia Goldtune says 'The League of Antonican Bards has a courier system made up of travelers and adventurers. We pay good gold to anyone who will take messages from bards such as myself to one of our more distant offices. Are you [interested]?'

You say, 'I am interested.'

Lislia Goldtune says 'I have messages that need to go to Freeport and to Qeynos. Will you [deliver] mail to [Freeport] or [Qeynos] for me?'

You say, 'I will deliver mail to Qeynos.'

Lislia Goldtune says 'Take this pouch to Eve Marsinger in Qeynos. You can find her at the bard guild hall. I am sure she will compensate you for your troubles.'

Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs, in-game IDs of items you receive if you have them.
Illegible Scrolls (Normal): Find a gnome named Lozani on the third floor of High Keep.

You say, 'Hail, Lozani'

Lozani says 'Greetings, friend!! I am Lozani, Scribe Supreme of the Eldritch Collective. I have been sent forth from the great Library of Mechanimagica in the city of Ak'Anon, to study the arcane knowledge of man and beast alike. I have studied many languages and spells, from Crushbone to Kerra Ridge. I have found most languages hard to decipher. As of this date, I have learned to read only the script of the [orc oracles]. Oh well, I am on a five decade mission. Better luck next language.'

You say, 'What orc oracles?'

Lozani says 'Oh!! Heard of the orc oracles have you? A ghastly bunch they are!! Argh! The numerous days I spent interrogating those beasts with their foul breath. It was as if rats had gone and died in their mouths. I wished I could read minds after those days. TWENTY WEEKS of that rat-carcass breath and all I have learned is the ability to decipher [oracle scrolls] and [apprentice cantrips]. What a mess that was! I'm beginning to think I should have become a Gemchopper.'

You say, 'What oracle scrolls?'

Lozani says 'Orc oracle scrolls? Mere shaman spells are they. I know how to decipher those illegible scrolls. I can do so, but it will cost you. Nothing is for free in this world, y'know? You give me one of those illegible scrolls and four gold coins.'

You say, 'What apprentice cantrips?'

Lozani says 'Orc apprentice cantrips. Child's play they are. Very difficult to decipher, mostly due to the orc sweat smearing the writing. I fill in the blanks with a second orc cantrip and my universe of knowledge, so you never know what spell is going to be scribed! Could be magic, could be wizardry, could be necromancy, golly!! Sometimes I even end up with a recipe!! If you want me to try to decipher one just hand me two illegible cantrips. No coinage necessary!! They are mostly apprentice spells. Nothing much.'

If you give him an Illegible Scroll (dropped by orc oracles in the Commonlands) and 4 gold OR two Illegible Cantrips, he'll translate it for you.

You receive a low level spell.

Need list of rewards.
Left Goblin Ears (Normal): Captain Bosec will pay between 1 and 5 gold for each left goblin ear you turn over to him. He generally stands close to the entrance of the cellars, near the bank. The following factions all go up: highpass guards, Carson McCabe, Merchants of Highpass, Corrupt Qeynos Guards, The Freeport Militia. This is a great way to raise faction with the corrupt Freeport and Qeynos Guards/Militia.

Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs, list of rewards.
The Bloody Shank (Normal): Be warned that this quest can really mess with your faction with the deep pockets. Visit the Captain standing out on a balcony in Highhold Keep. Hail him and answer his questions. It seems a petty rogue escaped the dungeon in Highhold Keep but left behind crucial evidence. The rogue's Bloody Shank was sticking out of a guards back! The Captain gives you the shank to take to the rogue to let the rogue know why you are there to kill him. The rogue's name is Bronin Higginsbot and he hangs around the Deeppockets in Rivervale. He may sometimes be found around the southernmost tower in Misty Thicket. Hand him the bloody shank and then kill him, but be careful because a bodyguard sometimes spawns next to him when you hand him the shank and also the guards will help him if they are nearby. Handing him the dagger and killing him lowers faction with Deeppockets, Circle of Unseen Hands, Coalition of Trade Folk III and Carson McCabe and raises it with Merchants of Rivervale. Return his head for decent money and experience, and occasionally a Scouts Blade. You will raise faction with Highpass Guards, Carson McCabe, Merchants of Highpass, Corrupt Qeynos Guards and Freeport Militia. There is also a rogue named Shayde Higginsbot on the second floor of the Fool's Gold. When you hand him the bloody shank he does not give the generic (Thank you.) response. Not sure what happens if you slay him too. Reward: Bloody Shank

The Silent Watch (Normal): This seems to be the beginning of a complex quest. At the end of the Princess Lenyaquest Tolon Nurbyte mentions something about a 'you might be worthy of the Silent Watch after all.' Ask him 'what is the silent watch?' and he says 'The Silent Watch was established in the early days of Felwithe. King Tearis Thex had many cruel deeds to do. The regular Paladins were too righteous to carry out any of the necessary missions and we dare not bring in the Feir'Dal, after all, some of the operations were against Kelethin. King Tearis formed our group. Koada'Dal not of prim and proper breeding. Now we act as a secret guard and report only to him. It is likely that this is merely a story, and not an actual quest.
