| Air Tight Box
(Normal):
Speak to Larkon Theardor in Ak'Anon, who is is standing with a Gnome Mechanic on the right side of the Library Mechanimagica. He should be next to a mechanic. Hail him and say you want the clean job. He will tell you to go and look for Fodin, a gnome located in the observatory in Steamfont to the left of the tunnel to Ak'Anon as you are coming out of the tunnel. Hail him and say "Larkon sent me." (you can really just start at this point). He will give you an "Air Tight Box." Put 10 infected rat livers inside and hit combine to craft a non-container version of "Air Tight Box," which identifies as "AirTightBox(Product)", then deliver them back to Larkon Theardor for xp, money and the following faction changes: GemChoppers, KingAkAnon and EldrichColective increase and DarkReflection and TheDead decrease.
Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs. Basilisk Tongues (Normal): Larkon wants you to bring him basilisk tongues. He will reward you for every 4 tongues you bring him. Need /loc of Larkon, all dialogues, current faction hits, list of rewards. Bertoxxulous Initiate (Normal): The quest begins with Evah Xokez, cleric trainer of the dark reflection faction in the mines of malfunction, Ak'Anon. Tell her you are "willing to learn" and she will give you a vial and instruct you to spread the plague by using it to infect a female rat, a common spawn beyond the windmills of Steamfont. Give the vial to the female rat, and receive an empty vial and experience in return. Give the empty vial back to Evah Xokez, and she will reward you with faction, experience, a container, and another task. The second task is to collect four items and combine them in the container, then return the combined container for the Initiate Symbol of Bertoxxulous. The four items are gnomish spirits, a sprig of wormwood, and two diseased bone marrow portions. The spirits can be brewed using the brewing trade skill, or purchased in Ak'Anon. Diseased bone marrow is found on brittle skeletons, a gnome-sized skeleton mob in Steamfont. They can be found in the area north and west of the windmills. The sprig of wormwood is obtained by hailing a NPC in the Steamfont Mountains named Ennixy Frennor, and asking about Wormwood. Need missing dialogues, current faction hits if any, /loc of quest mobs, list of additional quest rewards. Reward: Initiate Symbol of Bertoxxulous Bozinite Pestle (Normal): Larkon Theardor in Ak'Anon wants you to kill the clockwork rat that spawns near the bank, and return its bozinite pestle. I trust that you are a [warrior], or perhaps you are lost..?' You say, 'I am a warrior.' Jarah Reskan says 'That is good news! For now, there is much to do in Ak'Anon. There are [rogue clockworks] and the [cargo clockwork].' You say, 'Cargo clockwork?' There have been attacks by a group of highwaymen. They are quite a formidable group. I have offered a reward for their heads. Be very careful if you plan on escorting the cargo clockwork. This trio of bandits is very strong.' You have entered The Steamfont Mountains. You say, 'Hail, Zondo Hyzill' Zondo Hyzill says 'Glad to meet you. Our Cargo Clockwork is marvelous, no?' Bring me a Finished Sheet of Metal, a Kobold Backbone, Preserved Rat Pelt and 1 Bottle of Clockwork Oil that was stolen from me from some renegade clockworks not too long ago. Once I have these items I can make you a sword worthy of Brells finest heroes.' Reward: Deep Muses Defender Duster Models (Normal): This is sometimes given after you complete the "27 C" part of the Series C Black Boxes quest. It is a very nice quest for this level. If Jogl doesn't give you the Red V report, he will probably give you the Duster Model report. If you give this to Drekon Vebnebber in the Gemchoppers Hall, he will tell you that two of the obsolete Duster Models have escaped and must be destroyed. There are two duster models -- numbers V and X. They are both around level 6 or 7. You must give the proof of their destruction to Sanfyrd Featherhead. He's the guy that's on the other side of the river from the Mines of Malfuntion. The Duster Model quest is tough because the Dusters appear infrequently and they move around a lot. To make things worse, once you start fighting one, nearby guides, etc will often 'help' you by killing it. Of course it won't leave a corpse then. If you kill a Duster Model, you will get a piece of scrap metal that is lore, no drop. This is what you need for the quest. Duster V spawns near the receptionist and travels to the pod area and back before despawning. It can sometimes be seen walking down the path through "the wall" just inside the city entrance and around the priest of discord area. At a certain point in his usual path he goes from walk speed to run speed. Duster X is triggered by your giving the report to Drekon and spawns by the mechanic by the tinkerer and travels up to the bridge then back near the paddlewheel. Your best bet is to bind near the spawn and gate there as soon as you give him the report. Give him the two scraps. Your reward for this is usually either a Forging Hammer or a Bootstrutters Framed Pack. The pack seems to be the common reward. Need missing dialogues, current faction hits if any, /loc of quest mobs, list of additional quest rewards. Reward: Bootstrutter's Framed Pack Eldritch Collective Initiate Bracer (Normal): This quest is for good aligned casters. Xalirilan Zarinokosalio says 'Oi there! Its nice to meet you Celebus, you must excuse me for I am currently working on a special spell for my studies. I would love to talk but I have to teach a class very soon to the new [initiates] and I don't have my lesson prepared yet. Are you also a [young initiate of the Eldritch Collective]? If you are then I hope you will be ready for the lesson.' You say, 'I am a young Initiate of the Eldritch Collective' Xalirilan Zarinokosalio says 'Excellent. You must understand that I am very pressed for time but if you are a young initiate of the Collective then I always have time to share my knowledge with you. If you are interested I have some [training] for you to begin. These tasks will help you prepare for the upcoming lesson as well!' You say, 'what training?' Xalirilan Zarinokosalio says 'I have a number of tasks that I ask new recruits of the Eldritch Collective to complete. These task will test both your ability to fight as well as your navigational skills, 2 very important factors on your road to infinite knowledge. When you are ready to begin your journeys I will present you with a Tinkered Sewing Kit that you will use to gather numerous [important components].' You say, 'what are the important components?' Xalirilan Zarinokosalio says 'All right then Celebus, here is your Tinkered Sewing Kit. In this sewing kit you will combine a number of recipes that will be used for creating your Eldritch Collective Initiate Armor. When you are ready to craft a certain armor piece all you must to is tell me which piece you [want] to craft. I will then present you with the component recipe along with the applicable pattern for [Caps], [Bracers], [Sleeves], [Sandals], [Trousers], [Gloves] and [Robes]. When you have completed the material for whatever piece you asked for you will combine it in a sewing kit with the appropriate pattern to fashion your armor piece. I do suggest though that you attempt your robe last as the components are more difficult then any other piece to collect.' You say, 'I want to craft a bracer' Xalirilan Zarinokosalio says 'Bracers are a wise idea and will keep you well guarded young Celebus. To create your bracer material you will need to combine 1 Grikbar Kobold Scalps, 1 Plague Rat Tail , 1 Minotaur Scalp and a Cloth Wristband in your assembly kit. Once you have created the proper material take it to a sewing kit along with this pattern to fashion your very own Bracer of the Collective Initiate.' So unless you know something about [Xoomix], please leave me alone.' You say, 'Who is Xoomix?' Golsodix Biroboddle says 'Xoomix is a very dear friend of mine that was .. gulp. lost at sea. We were separated when the dastardly Broken Skull Clan overtook our boat. I was the only one that was able to escape but I fear the worst for my friend. Would you be willing to [help me find Xoomix]?' You say, 'I will help you find Xoomix.' Golsodix Biroboddle says 'You are quite the likeable fellow ______. I do appreciate you willing to help me locate where my friend has gone, even if he has passed I would like some proof so that I may sleep easy at night knowing he is at peace. I can begin your search by telling you where our [journey had taken us].' You say, 'Where had your journey taken you?' Golsodix Biroboddle says 'Well you see we were setting sail for the city of Freeport. Xoomix received a few telegrams about some tinkering supplies that were available to him should we be able to travel to Freeport and pick them up. Xoomix was a fantastic Tinkerer, he could just about build anything out of nothing. If he should be alive I am sure that he has used his skills to survive. The first place I could ask you to look is around the area of Butcherblock dock. That is where our ship was [overtaken].' You say, 'Who overtook your ship?' Golsodix Biroboddle says 'I do not remember that much from the incident, it happened ever so fast. I do remember how there were many trolls that chanted Glory to the Rok! repeatedly. Perhaps this will aid you in your search. Please return to me with some good news. And please give this clockwork eye to Xoomix should you find him alive, I imagine it will lift his spirits. We used to collect them as children.' Golsodix Biroboddle hands you "a Clockwork Eye" (Lore, No-Drop) --In the Gulf of Gunthak, inside the lighthouse-- You say, 'Hail, Xoomix Haroinoddin' Xoomix Haroinoddin says, 'Please. Please help me. I am weak and being [held captive] here against my will.' You say, 'Who is holding you captive?' Xoomix Haroinoddin says 'What are you doing?!?! Keep your voice down! You don't know who I am, you are just another adventurer who will look and feel sorry for me, but will do nothing to help!' **** At this point, I handed him the clockwork eye from Golsodix in Ak'Anon, and he gave a response I forgot to get recorded. However, it had tools as keyword in parenthesis, like this: [tools]. So basically, you don't need to go to An'Anon first, just talk to Xoomix directly if you already knew tools was the keyword. **** You say, 'What tools?' Xoomix Haroinoddin says 'Well, I have many tools that I have either lost while in this place or that were taken from me because the guards felt they had too much value for me to possess them. I also need my gearbox from back home to construct my compass that I need to escape this place. I could set sail anytime I want, but I did not want to risk setting out to sea and dying alone because I didn't know my bearings. If you could [find my possessions] then I could make something that Golsodix would know came from me and he could give you my gearbox.' You say, 'I will find your possessions.' Xoomix Haroinoddin says 'That is great news, ______! I will need you to collect four things for me, if you are up to the challenge. My quarterstaff, silvered micro servos, metallic oil and personal toolbox. If you can find these things I can make you something to take to Golsodix. Please return to me with these things when you have found them and make haste because I have grown quite tired being stuck here for so long.' So I collected the following drops off the following mobs: -Metallic Oil- random off any mob in the huts surrounding the pirate fort, and sometimes inside the fort, in Gulf of Gunthak. -Xoomix's Toolbox- dropped off one of the ogre shipbuilders in the northeast corner of Dulak's Harbor. -Silvered Micro Servos- dropped off a shipyard architect(the gnomes), also in the northeast corner of Dulak's Harbor. -Xoomix's Quarterstaff- dropped off a Gandolak cannoneer(a troll), on the ship Gandolak's Run in Dulak's Harbor. All in all, I think the last 3 items are a random drop anywhere in the zone, off any mob except the luggalds. (After handing in the 4 items to Xoomix back at the lighthouse) Xoomix Haroinoddin says 'I don't believe it. I never thought I would ever see these tools again. It is quite clear that you intend to help me and for that I am grateful. Here is a quick little something that put together for Golsodix. Bring him this and ask him for my gearbox. Once I have that, I think I can finally get home! Please come back soon!' (Received "a tinkered contraption", lore no drop) --Back at Golsodix in Ak'Akon-- (After handing in "a tinkered contraption") Golsodix Biroboddle says 'A contraption from Xoomix! I knew he was still alive. This also says that he needs his gearbox to make his compass so he can return home. I must have it here somewhere let me take a look. Ah, here it is. Please take this to Xoomix so he can return home and thank you for all your kind deeds to help a lost gnome. Brell certainly smiles down upon you!' (Received "a locked gearbox" or "Xoomix's gearbox" or something, I forgot. lore, no drop) --Back in Gulf of Gunthak-- (After handing in item from Golsodix to Xoomix) Xoomix Haroinoddin says 'This is it indeed! It has everything I need in here to return home. Please take this charm that I have carried with me for many years. It has brought me good luck throughout my ordeal here and now that I am returning home, I do not think I will need it anymore. Safe travels to you ______, I must now ready my boat and finish my compass. May Lord Brell bless you forever!' Received Xoomix's Mystical Charm. Until then, I have a task for you. Will you [serve the Crown] or has a yellow streak appeared upon your back?' You say, 'I will serve the Crown.' Baxok Curhunter says 'Go to the Lesser Faydarks. The fairy folk may be small, but they pack a punch.' You have slain Gearheart! You say, 'Your concentration?' Vidi Cogsworthy says 'Yes, I'm trying to concentrate on my calculations! You see, I discovered yesterday that based upon the gnomish arm-torso aspect ratio our current [armor] designs are actually patterned with suboptimal. . . Sub. . . Uh. . .. Blast! You've broken my concentration!' You say, 'What armor?' Vidi Cogsworthy says 'Yes, well, before you interrupted me I was trying to redesign Ak'Anon's armor patterns. I believe with my newest calculations, I can increase the efficiency of our designs by a significant margin. Assuming, of course, I can finish my calculations. It's hard to work with strangers running up and hailing me all day!' Vidi sighs and then continues, 'Tell you what, if you leave me alone, I'll make you a pattern book with my new designs. Would you be [interested] in that, or perhaps you're more interested in [symbols] I've been studying?' You say, 'I am interested' Vidi Cogsworthy says 'Great. To make you a pattern book, I'll need some zombie skin and darkbone marrow from the Estate of Unrest. I can use those to create the parchment and ink for the book. I'll also need some of the battle beads from Crushbone to help bind the book and a preserved orc hide to create the cover. While you're out gathering these things, I can finish my calculations. Hopefully in peace!' Quest Items to get your Ancestral Book: Darkbone Marrow, Zombie Skin, Crushbone Battle Beads, Preserved Orc Hide Vidi Cogsworthy says 'Hey, it's you! Here's your book. Turns out my protractor was broken and I miscalculated the average angle of incidence of the gnomish shoulder blade. So, uh, you may feel some tightness in your left shoulder when wearing armor made by this pattern book. Just don't do any jumping jacks and you should be fine. Otherwise my design was a huge improvement! Best of luck, ______!' You say, 'Symbols?' Vidi Cogsworthy says 'These symbols when used in conjunction with my improved armor can improve them even more! If you're interested in them I have some [work] that you could do to earn some patterns for them.' You say, 'What work?' Vidi Cogsworthy says 'I need you to do a bit of exploration and gathering for me. My inventions always require various new components and I just don't have the time to get them myself. There are several different places I need things from so you have your pick. You could head to [Crushbone], [the Hole] in Paineel, [Skyfire Mountains], or to the [Lavaspinner's Lair].' Journeyman's Book of Gnomish Culture You say, 'Crushbone.' You have been assigned the task 'Orcish Expedition'. Vidi Cogsworthy says 'Crushbone as you probably know is filled with orcs. Once that is done combine the Crude Bronze Vambraces with a Low Quality Coyote Pelt and two Rebel Clockwork Arm Sections in the Mail Assembly Kit.' Reward: Plague Warrior Vambraces Red V Clockwork (Normal): This is sometimes given after the 27 C Blackbox quest. If you turn in the correct report to Drekon you will be told that the "rumors of Red V must be true". You need to get Red V's blackbox and give it to Manik. Red V is usually about level 4-6 and spawns in the southeasternmost room of the Mines of Malfunction. The corridors leading to and the room in which Red 5 spawns are short, so only small and medium sized people can actually fight or cast in there, since you have to be standing to cast or attack. The spawning point for Red 5 alternates between "obsolete model" and "Red 5". Kill all of them, only red 5 gives the box. If you let the model wander off, you will be forced to kill every obsolete model in the Mines to try to get the right one. Red 5 is killable by solo lvl 8 or bunch of lvl 5's. When he gets low on hp, he will run off and often get killed by the guards outside the mines, so be ready to use root if you have it. If you kill him, his corpse will have an incomplete blackbox. To fix the blackbox you have to put 4 blackbox fragments in the incomplete blackbox and hit combine. You can get the blackbox fragments from the obsolete models that also inhabit the mines. When you combine the 4 blackbox fragments inside the incomplete blackbox you will get a rusted blackbox. The rusted blackbox looks just like the ones you get from the rogue clockworks in Steamfont, but it's actually different. (The other rusted blackboxes are for a different quest.) If you give Red V's rusted blackbox to Manik you'll get experience, faction changes, a little money and a random item. The reward seems to be random and faction may not play a role, but you should try to have a high faction with the gemchoppers before doing the quest. Also, you should know that this quest lowers faction with the Dark Reflection, who happen to be the NPC's in the Mines. The item is often a piece of cloth armor (hardly worth the trouble), but sometimes you'll get a potion and sometimes you will get the Bullsmasher - a very nice weapon for any small class. You might also get an Iony's Absorber. Need missing dialogues, current faction hits if any, /loc of quest mobs. Reward: Bull Smasher Reward: Iony's Absorber Rusted Black Boxes (Normal): Manik Compolten in the gemchoppers hall wants you to retrieve rusted blackboxes for him. These are found on rogue clockworks. Bring them back to him and get experience, faction and some money. Scrap Metal (Normal): You say, 'Hail, Sanfyrd Featherhead' Sanfyrd Featherhead says 'Greetings! I am the operator of this scrapyard. If you have any scrap metal, I would be glad to purchase it from you in loads of four. The Gemchoppers no longer allow me to accept blackbox fragments and micro servos.' Give scrap metal found on rogue clockworks to Sanfyrd four at a time for some experience, money, a random item and the following faction changes: King Akanon, Merchants of Akanon and Gem Choppers standing gets better; Dark Reflection and Clan Grikbar standing gets worse. You will get one of several random items out of this. Often it is a rusty weapon. One unusual item is the Gnome Glow Rod, which acts as a light source. Occasionally you get a "Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor", which is a 0 slot container (!) with a combine button. This is for the Tinmeizer quest. Reward: Gnome Glow Rod Reward: Chunk of Metal Ore Series C Black Boxes (Normal): Manik Compolten in the gemchoppers hall will also ask that new warriors take keycards and go retrieve blackboxes from series C clockworks. He asks that all four boxes be returned simultaneously, meaning that you must return after getting each one to get another keycard. This quest is performed by wandering around Ak'anon and giving the keycards to Clockworks with a C in their name. The locations of these clockworks are: XIIC) On an island in the middle of the lake. (You'll have to swim to get to it.) XVIIC) Just outside the Mines of Malfuntion (between 9:30am - 8:00pm). (He's the newbie area 'guard'.) or also just inside the zone from Steamfont. XXVIC) In the palace near King Akanon's room. XXVIIC) Near the tunnel that leads to the Mines of Malfunction. (In the paddle wheel room.), or at the top on the Akanon Wall. When you give the series C card the following factions change: King Akanon, Eldritch Collective and Gem Choppers standing gets better; Dark Reflection and Meldrath standing gets worse. Return all four C blackboxes for experience and the following faction changes: King Akanon, Merchants of Akanon and Gem Choppers standing gets better; Dark Reflection standing gets worse. Mantik then gives you a 27C Blackbox to take to Jogl Doobraugh who is in one of the windmills. He then gives you a note to take to the merchant Drekon Vebnebber in the warriors guild. These factions will change when you give the black box to Jogl: King Akanon, Eldritch Collective and Gem Choppers standing gets better; Dark Reflection and The Dead standing gets worse. These factions will change when you take the report to Drekon: King Akanon, Merchants of Akanon and Gem Choppers standing gets better; Dark Reflection standing gets worse. The quest FORKS at this point. There is MORE THAN ONE report you can get from Jogl. The quest you get from returning the report depends on which one Jogl gives you. You will either get the Red 5 quest or the Duster Models quest. As an aside I have been told to be sure to ask Manik about the Asylum of the Mad and about Meldrath. Shadowwalkers Chainmail Boots (Normal): This quest is for good aligned rogues. You say, 'Hail, Welno Tanboots' Welno Tanboots says 'Greetings there Gearsword! I am Welno Tanboots Assassin of Akanon. I am Tilkzog Mournunder, Necromancer of the Dark Reflection. I will aid you in obtaining an outfit of [durable clothing] suitable for a young sorcerer of the Dark Reflection. Once you have been adequately outfitted for venturing beyond our homeland in service of the Plague Bringer return to me and I will assist you in obtaining a [staff of dark reflections].' You say, 'I would like to obtain a staff of dark reflections' Tilkzog Mournunder says 'The Dark Reflection has many enemies even within our home of Ak'Anon and the surrounding Steamfont Mountains. Many fear and oppose the beliefs that grant us our vision and powers. A wizard of the Eldrich Collective by the name of Winex Kloktik has been aiding members of the Deep Muses hunt and slay those loyal to Bertoxxulous and the Dark Reflection. Seek Winex Kloktik and eliminate her. When you have completed this task bring me Winex's Staff.' Reward: Staff of Dark Reflections Telescope Lenses (Normal): Tobon Starpyre, the Wizard Guildmaster, wants you to collect four spare telescope lenses from four observatories around the Steamfonts. He gives you a rolled up note with the names of the four Royal Observers, three of which are located in the Steamfont Mountains while the last is located in Lesser Faydark. These are supposedly the four lens locations: Or you can play cards with her (if you have an OK faction with her) by continuously trading her Innoruk's Kiss of Death, which you can purchase at the nearby tavern (she is even sometimes found in the tavern where you get the drink), for a draw of a card until you manage to draw a King. He says he has likely found the local tavern and has gotten drunk, wandering the forest by day, and hanging out in the tavern by night. At night, he can be found in the tavern next to Trueshot Bows in Kelethin and happily gives you the telescope lens. Take the lenses to Tobon Starpyre and give all four to him at once. He will give you a level 8 spell (Fire bolt being one) and approx 1 pp. Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs, which mobs is which, additional quest rewards if any, name of Bidl's brother. Reward: Spell: Column of Frost Reward: Spell: Fire Bolt Reward: Spell: Shock of Ice Tergon's Spellbook (Normal): Tergon Brenclog, located in the library, wants his spellbook back. He gives you a sealed note to deliver to his brother Retlon in Freeport who was working with Master Dooly Jonkers. Dooly tells you he's been kidnapped by the Orcs. When you find him, you give him the letter and get your faction changes, but he tells you the spellbook has been taken by the Prophet in Crushbone. The spellbook can be found in Crushbone on one of the high level orcs, or sometimes on D'Vinn. Returning the spellbook gives the following faction adjustments: +Eldritch Collective, - Dark Reflection, - The Dead, + Gem Choppers, + King AkAnon. You also get experience and an item, usually a scroll. The Regurgitonic (Normal): Kimble Nogflop of Ak'Anon will give you a Regurgitonic, but requires a Flask of Nitrates first. Find Te`Anara in Surefall Glades at location -202, -423, 5. You say, 'Hail, Te`Anara' Te`Anara says, 'Welcome, friend! I hope your stay in Surefall Glade will ease your mind and soothe your soul. While you are here, we ask you to abide by the [laws of the Jaggedpine].' You say, 'What are the laws of the Jaggedpine?' Te`Anara says, 'We ask that you do not start campfires on our land. Do not litter our land with any items. Do not chop down our pines or tread upon any foliage. Please do not take more than a bellyful of fish. Do not harm any other wildlife and stay clear of [the great bear]!' You say, 'Who is the great bear?' Te`Anara says, 'The great bear I speak of is Mammoth. He has lived among us for over a century. Tunare has truly blessed us with his presence. As long as Mammoth lives, so too does Surefall Glade. We are currently worried. Corun has reported that there is something [wrong with Mammoth].' You say, 'What is wrong with Mammoth?' Te`Anara says, 'Mammoth is not eating. We believe something is lodged in his throat. We require a young druid to [fetch a special potion].' You say, 'I will fetch a special potion' Te`Anara says, 'Go to the gnome city of Ak'Anon on the continent of Faydwer. With their great zoo, you will find a gnome named Kimble Nogflop. Give him the flask of nitrates and he shall hand you a special potion which will force Mammoth to cough up whatever may be stuck inside his throat. Be sure to show me what you find inside his throat upon your return.' Receive Flask of Nitrates. Head to Ak'Anon, and once there find Kimble Nogflop at location 1329, -808, -61. Hand him the Flask of Nitrates. Kimble Nogflop says, 'The flask of nitrates I sent for!! As was the deal, here is my [Regurgitonic]. Give it to whoever may need it and they will surely cough up whatever may be inside them with no harm to them whatsoever.' Receive Regurgitonic. Your faction standing with Gem Choppers got better. Your faction standing with Merchants of AkAnon got better. Your faction standing with King AkAnon got better. Your faction standing with Dark Reflection got worse. Your faction standing with Clan Grikbar got worse. When asked about the regurgitonic: Kimble Nogflop says 'I formulate the Regurgitonic myself. My animals kept eating the occasional spectator here and there. Femurs and ribs kept getting stuck inside, not to mention a few platinum pieces. Sometimes my batch would come out wrong and the animals would go berserk!! I hope I got the formula right this time.' One known use for this is to give it to Frostbite the dog to get him to cough up the koalindl fish, which is needed in several quests (most notably the stein of mogguk quest). You can also use it on the Mammoth in Surefall to get the Bayle List II. Reward: Regurgitonic Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor (Normal): Kozyn is looking for a defective gadget invented by Tinmeizer. Sometimes when you do the Scrap Metal Quest, you get a Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor. Give it to Kozyn and he will reward you with a gem or two. Tiny Skeletons (Normal): This quest originates in Ak'Anon with Narron Jenork at the Gemchoppers Guile, but I don't think you really have to start it there. There is a gnome guard named Watchman Dexlin that sometimes spawns at the stone bridge in North Karana. Bilbis Briar is his placeholder, and he is a fairly rare spawn. Hail him and he says he's in need of a brave warrior. Say I am a brave warrior and he will tell you that he is looking for the remains of tiny skeletons. If you have sufficient faction he gives you a box with 4 slots and tells you to collect the remains (and you will take a hit with your gemchopper faction for some reason). After he gives you the box tiny skeletons will spawn between the stone bridge and the gypsy camp somewhere. They're around level 15. Kill them and they drop a crumpled skeleton remains. He tells you to return with them before his sundial reaches 8, and I have been told that if you don't do this fast snough he will not give you anything for the box, but I am not sure how the timing is supposed to work. The tiny skeletons are hard to find, they're as small as brownies so a ranger with tracking would be a big help on this quest. When you get four and skeletons, combine them in the box and give it back to him. He will then give you back a box and tell you to return it to Narron Jenork in Ak'Anon. When you do, he gives you a nice pair of Watchman Boots. Need missing dialogues, current faction hits if any, /loc of quest mobs. Reward: Watchman Boots Toko's Head (Normal): After returning the Spell Book to Tergon, he tells you about another quest: "Now I have news of a larger matter. It has to do with a [defector]. It seems a gnome magician by the name of Toko Binlittle has gone and left the guild. He joined forces with the Pirates of Gunthak. Find him. He must be destroyed." The 'defector' is Toko Binlittle, who is located on the Pirate Island in the Ocean of Tears. Kill him and bring back his head (he drops A Tier'Dal Head for some reason) and you will receive an Elemental Grimoire, which is used for magician research. Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs, in-game name and lore for quest item. Reward: Elemental Grimoire |
