Double XP weekend -- all types including guild XP - and Vault Sale starts tomorrow [Friday] at noon PDT and runs through Monday, 11:59pm PDT!
Enjoy doubled adventuring, alternate advancement, crafting, and guild experience. The bonus weekend will run from 12pm (noon) Pacific Time on Friday, May 24 and will conclude at 11:59pm Pacific Time on Monday, May 27.
All U.S. servers will come down on Tuesday, May 21, at 7:00 am Pacific Time for an update. The expected downtime is one hour. EU servers will come down on Wednesday, May 22, at 5:00 am London Time, with an estimated downtime of two hours.

The monthly live event Moonlight Enchantments starts tonight! It is scheduled to turn on May 20th at 12:01am PDT and run until 11:59pm PDT on May 21st. The time applies directly with no conversion to all servers.
This month has two new repeatable crafting quests added to the Zygomyd and Fay grottos. Each grotto also has several new house items available on the merchants. Check out our Moonlight Enchantments guide and peek at the rewards!

We want to give you a heads-up on a Marketplace change coming next week. With the Scars of the Awakened update, we added a new way to unlock equipped gear on your character. Now if you have several items want to unlock, you can click one and have the option to unlock them all instantly--and for a discount! Since this new “unlock all” functionality is available we will be removing the Equipment Unlocker Pack from the Marketplace the morning of Wednesday, May 8th. If you're thinking about acquiring an Equipment Unlocker Pack, get it now while you can!

Tomorrow is the beginning of May, bringing us the Freeport City Festival! The festival is planned to start on May 1st at 12:01am PDT and run until May 7th at 11:59pm PDT and can be found in the Commonlands between the Crossroads and the Freeport Griffon Tower. . Visit the Far Seas caravan merchants to see all of the local specialities and other festival goods.
An Aether Race will also be available in Commonlands during the festival. Participate and achieve a time of 119 seconds or less to earn the Portal Jumper prefix title! Begin the race by speaking to the referee near the docks.
