Transfering serversFollow

I started FFXI up again (3rd time I think) and was thinking about switching servers. Everyone I know on Bismarck is gone or only interested in endgame and the server is rather dead from what it use to be. Before I make the jump I'm just curious if there are any social LS's that like to do lvling (lvl sync or not), missions, or just random events. I've got a 54 drk and other random jobs ranging from teen's to 30's. I've been gone for some time so don't mind me if I ask dumb questions or have no clue what you are talking about.

You may see this thread on the Seraph forums as well. I've heard good things about Garuda and Seraph once before (mind you was back when FFXI was highly populated and you couldn't choose your server), so I thought I'd see what's up.

Garuda is the lowest populated server in the game

during NA times we average anywhere from 600-1200 people it seems.
