If that one day care is also a 501(c)(3) religious organization, and the selling point of the day care is that it's run by nuns and intended to provide a proper Christian environment for the children based upon the teachings of the church in question, then isn't that perfectly acceptable? I guess the next question is: Other than for the specific purpose of creating a lawsuit, why would a same sex couple send their child to the one day care in town run by members of a religion that views their own relationship as sinful?
