Army doesn't do live-fire drills anymore?

We got my son a pellet gun sometime in his tweens. He never really got into it but my husband uses it all the time now to scare the squirrels off the bird feeders.

My old paintball team switched over to air-soft a year or so ago. I debated regearing, but decided I was getting too old for it all. I've not played any paintball in probably three years now.

Your next step is to find a cow to guard.

Shoot one little private in the foot and everyone is suddenly up in arms over it.

Not to burst yer bubble, but a "bad ***" would've bought a "bad ***" air gun. Like one of those .50 caliber monsters that can kill a deer in a single shot.

Not that I can really say anything, as the only gun my sissy *** owns is an old single shot, bolt action "Remington Target Master" 22 long rifle.

The one I got is the most powerful you can buy without an FAC and if I'm getting an FAC I'm not buying a pellet gun.

It's a little different here in the States. Federally, air rifles aren't considered firearms so you don't need a license, but each State has their own regulations. I was just kidding about "bad ***". I plan on buying one for the fun of target practice and it'll probably be the weakest thing I can buy that's considered highly accurate. I don't need power as I have no intention of shooting anything other than paper targets.

Speaking of difference in laws. In the US it's actually legal to make your own "real" gun. You don't even have to register it.

Isn't being up in arms kind of the military's thing anyway?
