Makes sense to me, what better way to find abused child pics than to be an abused child pic policeman? Who better to block all of the bad sites than someone who knows them all?

I bought one of them cute pyramidal chocolate bars a week or so ago and stashed it in my desk drawer. For some reason not in my normal snack drawer, but the little drawer above it.

I read this and think of all of those episodes of Law and Order (SVU) where they confiscate the computers/video cassettes of pedophiles and gleefully rummage through their stash of illegal images for evidence.
How easy would it be to pin this sort of scandal onto someone when they are involved in the creation of software that filters said content?

Way back in the day, I read an article about people hired to test filtering software. This was back in the 90's I think where "Net Nanny" style software was all the rage. Anyway, it was apparently soul-crushing work to spend eight hours a day looking at the worst the internet had to offer and the job had tremendous turn-over. Something like a matter of months. I'm sure those people had all sorts of illegal crap on their hard drives.
