Wow, never seen that place under control by anyone but beastmen. Although, LS members said there is still no outpost. Anyone else find an outpost out there?

You mean Movalpolos? There is kind of an OP there, but it's not one you can warp to or from. NPC Bartabaq shows up at F-10 in Oldton when one of the nations owns Movalpolos. She's really just a regional vendor.
