Mage's Ballad: Need Bastokan HumesFollow

So, this quest sucks, even though everyone participating, as long as they're level 10 with at least level 3 Sandy Rep, can get a scroll of Mage's Ballad, which has most recently been on the AH for 200k.

I'm in a LS (TaylorGang) that has mostly Elvaan, but we also have a few Humes from Bastok. I'm the only one trying to set up a day/time to have a party go and do part 1 (need a full party of 6 people from the same nation) and then part 2 (need a full party of 6 people of the same race) in order to get Mage's Ballad (not to sell, but actually for my Bard). Anyone else with the proper level (10) and the proper fame (3 Sandy) can get the scroll too, at which point you could sell it (and make 50k easily, or possibly 200k if you find a sucker) or use it for YOUR Bard.

If you don't have the proper fame/level to do the quest yourself, at the same time as me, then I offer a 5k reward for the help (not much, but I ain't rich so...yeah). It can be a level 1 hume bastokan mule, and it would still count, you just wouldn't be able to do the quest.
