ummmmm kamana was definetly the man but lost touch with him, kiwi was awsome 2, so was thienen (i think thats how u spell it) also snowfox, of course dragonmore lmao and one guy vionoce (wrong spelling its been to long) lol been thru the dunes with him and uhhhh theres more but i cant remeber....damn i wish our LS didnt get split "ELEMENTALS" POR VIDA!!!

Reading through this again makes me sad in some ways because I know that some of the people who listed other people as really good people hate each other now due to LS differences.
Some people change as the game goes on, and some people just allow misunderstandings to cloud the friendships.
It's all really sad.
I still keep in contact with some of the people who I first played the game with. I remember Chiccabo outleveling me as a whm, and then being really impressed when I charmed the Kraken for the first time. I still remember the marathon fight vs CC after our marathon run of KS(and poor aurik lying dead for almost an hour, because he wanted to watch).
Hopefully we can all remember the things that bind us together rather than our differences.

Thought i would bring this thread back up as there doesnt seem to be much love around currently.
I would like to say thankyou to Saleh.
I had been in Jeuno shouting for ages asking for people to help with the level 50 cap. I had a couple of replies along the lines of "100k an item?". Saleh offered to help and did so on 2 different days. For nothing. No questions asked.
We were then joined by Seppuku who was a great help as well.

Herot- Known this guy since Qufim back in 2003, after we left our ls we became good friends and he got stationed out where I live, so we can hang out from time to time. He is one of the best RNG I know and always takes pride in his gear.
Makaluku- What can I say, I met this guy because his name looked so hawaiian I had to ask him where he was from, go figure, he's from the islands like me. I met him in Yhoator Jungle when he was offering D2 services. I befriended him there and throughout the course of our friendship he gave me my very first earth staff to help with my pld job. He is one awesome d00d. Rate up!
Jessimay- Omg omg omg, I've been with her for 2 years in the same ls until finally she decided to move on to HNMLS/Sky. She is just one of the most helpful people you will ever meet, very kind, very giving.
Yoshiji- Hey, he's a good guy honestly. He's helped me with so many AF's I can't count em. Of course when I joined a gilseller LS we argued and stopped talking. But he is a very helpful guy.
Zanathan- Military dawg, he PL'd my pt back in Qufim and inspired me to start Paladin job which I took to 75. He's a very helpful guy and great personality.

There is actually a guild portal site set up for this purpose where you can rate players and comment on why you nominated them ie whether it was a bad or good expierence you had with them etc... I know there is a post somewhere on here about it but I thout I'd mention it here as this is a similar thing.

bahomi: like my best friend in game (can be an ass at times but finny overall)
bhaskar: although stuff goes around about him he actually helped me out alot with drk and missions and such
kroger: another friend of mine, also helped me out alot, told me about jessimay (at least i think that's who it was)who could craft my eye cluster
jessimay: i think crafted my eye cluster and was really nice about it didn't demand gil or any type of reward

Hmm lets see..
1) Bakuro- Gota be my best bud in the game. Were in the same linkshell for a while. We have so much in common its not funny and we love to share a good laugh. If you read this Bak, DOLFINZ, and love ya buddy. =P
2) Radaud- Friend IRL. Helped each other with the latents for final WS's. Also a prety decent PLD. =P
3) Scorp- Good lord, if i could count the times this old fart helped me (and the rest of our LS) with stuff...regular assault partner, helped me get a chiv. chain and precise belt sofar. Also need to mention Boudroux, Staccato, Mydori, and Wolfman for that.
4) Ocelott- Known him since i was a little nub WAR. Helped me with various things including my hakutaku eyes. Can hold a good conversation especially when its about SAM-related topics. Envy his SAM gear. <3
5) Fraoch- A great friend, valiant leader. Also hilarous. =P
6) Zedd- Good BLM/DRG/SMN/BRD/whatever he's leveling now. Good friend, good farming buddy, all around good guy.
7) Straiden- Thought i /slapped myself when we first met in the dunes. Then i realized that was a T, not an H...hmm..He's a cool guy even though he hated me for a while because our names are so similar. Just FYI, i had no intention of copying his name, totally coincidental.
8) Damage- One of my best friends and im so sorry i forgot her :( Known her virtually forever and i <3 her to death.

Misuto helped me get my Marksmanship to lvl 125 even though he didnt know it. Still a long way to go to Cap, but since i saw those Slughshots, im getting pretty fast.

o.0 shout out to my old ls back whn the game started Imperial leagions in asura server. kaita(rdm) zenum(drk), mephion(blm). u guys where awesome never found a ls like that again- Valguss. oh and my twin brother from Texas Takechi.. we level up at the highlands together fromlvl 10-16 back whn we where newbs, the. one day u said there was a bad storm coming your way and I a few days later I saw the news of a small hurricane that hit Texas nd a few ppl died. never heard from Takechi after that.. hope I just over thought things.. if any of you guys happen to read this hit me up John.v.montanez@gmail.com
