A few days ago I subscribed to premium for Everquest. My money was taken from my account but I never actually received premium on my account and the ability to use advanced searches. I sent an email to the address suggested on the FAQ the next day and never received a response. $10 down the drain...live and learn I guess.

Looking at your account right now, i show that it is flagged for premium access correctly. What specific links are you trying to use that don't appear to be working correctly for you on the site here?
