I would like to nominate this thread in the corsair forums. It is a subjob FAQ for corsair that is extremely comprehensive. I believe that this thread alone will stop the non-sensical "should I sub this or that?" posts (for the most part) and will help people who are new to the job understand what they should do to prepare for it.
