I tried to update my everquest characters on the site today. I edited the equipment and everything was going great. Sadly, when I chose to upgrade my shoulder item, there are no items listed in the pull down menu. The shoulders seem to work fine for my other characters and I was able to choose the coldain prayer shawl for the enchanter before but now even that is not showing up. Please help me so that I may update. Has anyone else had this problem? How do we fix it if it is a problem on our side or is it a bug in Alla? I love the service and have been very happy. This is my first issue that I have had. Thanks for a great site and I hope that there is a fix.
