Guidelines for Submitting Information?Follow

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if you could make a few clarifications for item/quest submissions. With Chains of Promathia coming out soon I'm sure you're about to get flooded with item submissions.

so

-How many items should we include per email? Would you rather send one email for each item with the item name in the subject box? Or one huge email with multiple items in it.

-What size would you like the images resized to? Specifically on pictures of new mobs. Do you want the full screen picture or one resized to show just the mob. Also would you rather have pictures taken through the POL viewer or fraps images?

-Which Admin should we send the updates to? Send everything to Alla? Or should it go to another admin?

Yea send me the database entry stuff. As for items per email? Doesn't matter, it's all gotta get entered in at sometime.

I would prefer one item per email, but I know that is tedious, especially when a new expansion comes out, so it doesn't really matter.

Images are a touchy subject. I prefer item images to be in jpg format, and not very large (a 40k jpg is considered kinda big to me). Mob pics, use your discretion, I edit the images anyways through photoshop to make sure they are the right size anyways. I prefer images using fraps, less image editing on my part, and no annoying square logo copyright :)
