failed to create profileFollow

This occurs anytime I zone, etc.

I am running Win2k Pro from a LAN port, attached to a router, attached to a cable modem.

I have set the profile directory to be EQ Item Collector's directory.

I have tried both WinPcap and memory reading.

I have taken the settings off of quiet mode and seen the spam as it processes each and every item I have, but it still fails to create a profile for me.

Any idea on why this is happening?
