Smileys Help only brings up the actuall smileys. Is there a spot where things like Smiley: cookie

are listed?

Those are secret smilies. I don't think we have them listed. Maybe Illia will add them at a later date or something.

Secret smilies shouldn't be listed IMO. The people that've been here long enough to learn them should be privy.
