I didn't make any resolutions. Instead, I am going to expend that energy on positive thoughts for my family and friends for their happiness and health. I've already got all the resolutions I would have made in progress anyway. I've lost a grand total of 60lbs last year although Thanksgiving and Christmas did put a few back on, and I've cut down from a pack and a half a day to half a pack a day smoking. In losing 60lbs, I am going to the gym 2-3 times a week, I've cut out soda almost entirely except on my one "cheat day" a week, eating better, etc... So I can't really think of any resolutions to make. Anyone got any ideas? What things are you hoping to change this year?

Congrats on keeping the weight off. I lost a bunch of weight from my resolution last year, but then proceeded to pack it all back on plus interest so I'm pretty much going with the same thing again.

Other than that my resolutions are entirely career based: get some certifications and try and get out of my ****** phone helpdesk job.

Pathetic. I would at least aspire to 4K if not 5K.

I'm still not dead, and I plan not to die. So far I'm failing, I've injured myself a few times already.
