I don't think I've ever gotten as many colds as I have since starting at the liquor store. I've worked a lot of retail jobs over the years, and plenty of busy ones, but some of the people that come through this place on a regular basis are just ******* gross. I don't have it as a holiday, but I burned some vacation time. I didn't even realize it was Easter weekend when I put in the request. I was just burning PTO.
Had to work, it sucked.
I work every weekend but since it's a major holiday I should eat in a somewhat kingly fashion.

What sucks is I don't get any kind of holiday pay. The railroad celebrates good friday so the big wigs can get a 3 day weekend so no extra pay or anything for today. Bleh

Worked 8pm(last night)-noon today. I was supposed to get off at 8am but a co-worker decided to go out and get drunk last night and was comatosed with a hangover so was late coming in. I couldn't leave until he arrived. I did get holiday pay from midnight-noon though so that's nice.
