The site in the outback in Queensland is thought to contain up to 50 diprotodon skeletons which could be between 100,000 and 200,000-years-old.

Lead scientist on the dig, Scott Hocknall from the Queensland Museum in Brisbane, said one of the specimens, called Kenny, was one of the largest diprotodons he had ever seen.

Kenny's jawbone alone is 70cm (28 inches) long.

Pigeon-toed and with a backward-facing pouch large enough to carry an adult human, Mr Hocknull likened a diprotodon to "a cross between a wombat and a bear but the size of a rhinoceros".

This reminds me of U.S. border issues awhile back.... totally unexpected to a lot of Americans, and I found it hilarious.

Our previous president G.W. Bush wanted to try to build a concrete wall seperating the U.S. from Mexico. The plans were already passing through congress, and then... Mexico sent the U.S. with a message saying, "If you build that wall, we're calling in your debt." Turns out Mexico had been quietly and subtly buying up as much of the U.S.'s debt as possible. Turned out they had, without anyone realizing, managed to get majority ownership of the U.S. debt.

I'm just imaganing this scene:
America: "Get off my lawn Mexico..."
Mexico: *walks off quietly*
-next day Mexico is standing on America's lawn-
America: "I told you to get off my lawn!"
Mexico: "Sorry, I was just admiring your new car... you had your house mortgaged for it, I suspect?"
