I am so an over the roll person. I used to be a lot more anal (ha) about it when I was younger. Like if I was at someone else's house, and it was going under, I would fix it so that the paper was going over. I can restrain myself to not interfere with other people's toilet paper now though.

I was raised an under man, but my ex-wife was an over bitch, so I got re-trained to be an over. Even now that I'm divorced, I still do the over thing just because I was used to it for 4 years and under feels weird now.

The one I have in my flat is a pain to use. It's not like that one, it's just a bit of plastic that can be bent weirdly (with a lot of force). I just let the cleaning staff do it.
I'm usually over. I don't care much, in my last flat we didn't even have a toilet roll holder and here we have a toilet showerhead (in fact, I have only that at work because I can't be bothered to carry toilet paper around with me everywhere).
It's awesome. They should have them everywhere...

Yup. A regular teeth cleaning costs nearly $200 without insurance. Hell, even at the health center at my school it cost around $50-$75, when a normal doctor visit only cost $15.

Two hundred for a cleaning sounds a bit high to me. Granted, I have dental insurance, so my cleanings don't cost me a penny, so I could be wrong.
