Ive read his posts, he is asking if the Angon the DRG uses only works for one hit, in his case he's a RNG and wants to know if Angon will benefit his DMG.
to answer that: Yes. It decreases the monsters defecnce by 30% for 30 seconds.

Wait. I'm sorry, but I am quiet baffled by this thread. I am a 41 ranger hume, with empress pin and leaping boots, and all the other gear I should have. Currently I use xbow and holy bolts/acid bolts/bloody bolts, and do a good amount of damage.
Lately though, I've found myself just sitting and staring at my computer screen while in party with calculator in hand.
I've been crunching numbers rapidly, and have gone through a whole stack of scrap paper, but I can't seem to find the answer to my question. I turn to the FFXIO/ALLA community for answers to a qeustion a buddhist master once asked me:

Clearly the OP is speaking in terms related to quantum mathematics. Life in the snowy nowhere up in Canada has given him ample time to learn not only quantum, but the only math which is even more complicated and makes less sense, that of FFXI.
