Ding 62 DNC the other day:)

and...

JOYEUSE! Spent 3hours camping, only killed 2PH.. The other 2hour30min was spent wiping to Zuug 2 times duo with THF and myself as BRD.

Sword Merit: lv 1 just got :) working on finishing sword and dagger, currently 1 and 5 respectively.

lol duod Lord of Onzozo last night (well... pracrically solo'd) as the thf decided to die in the very begining of the fight^^

unfortunately no drops ; ;

Nice, grats on the Azoth!

You should try to get a SAM to duo lesser colibri with. I duoed them with a SAM and got roughly 9k in about an hour of duo. Just land wild flourish before each of his Weaponskills.

My new accomplishment: Lv2 sword merit, need at least 3 more before I hit lv70 :/

Thanks! I had to trade off my Blau Dolch for it for now (I'll get it back later), but my DNC and THF can both use the Azoth, and I don't use thf for anything but soloing farming. So, I'm happy w/ the decision. Actually I'll prolly like the Azoth more for soloing for that nice little evasion/agi boost. I'll definitely look into duoing w/ a sam. I dinged 61 in a trio w/ 2 bst/nin's. We were pulling about 8-9k/hr. Good stuff.

um...grats....i think....

never been a thf and dont plan on doing it either....but i dont think i would trade in a blau for an azoth...especially since you cant use it on dnc yet

but anyway, its a good weapon, best for dnc so far....just not in love with the delay ><;




oh and *necro ding* I tanked aquarius for a friend a few weeks ago (duoed as dnc + sam) Not much of an accomplishment, but now im trying to solo it so will ding back later XD

Soloed limit break 2 for a friend of mine. Turned out to be a lot easier then I expected. I came back later and killed the Boreal Hound a half dozen times just to see how high I could get my dancing edge.

Dinged 70, and got myself raped many, many times in Campaign after my PT disbanded.

Joyeuse is such a fun toy.

First attempt I caught him on a bad day, he had crazy acc and I couldnt keep shadows up

Second attempt his acc sucked. I used my npc which he proceeded to one shot (damn you - enmity merits) and it became an endurance match. I got him down to about 25% and he started to get crazy acc again....I hit the wrong macro and he proceeded to kill me

Third attempt: right after second attempt I reraised and rested. Got to full tp and 5 FM. Also switched joyeuse for nq behemoth knife. Not so much for the lack of acc, but the +8 attack helps to not hit for 0 on def up moves. And from there, just kept shadows up and WS when I could (didn't do too much of it, probably around 5 or 6 WS each hit for less than 200).

Violent Flourish landed 100% even w/o stutter step, which was good to get back up ichi. Bibiki seashell helped too

Whole fight took around 35 min for the last attempt. Probably could have shaved off 10 min if I had a good WS rotation going

...oh and I didn't do it because I needed axe, just wanted to have a good challenge XD

WOW, AF gear for Dancer must be the easiest ever. the only thing that made up a challenge was the yagudo glue and the NM for warhoop:S and the most problematic was the run from rolanberry fields (s) --> west Sarutabaruta (s)

got all af gear from 50 and up in under one day! to bad i cant use it.... yet.

Dinged 40 and 41 - Reverse Flourish is just amazing now I just am disappointed by doing weak Gust Slash to get rid of exes TP :\ I want Dancing Edge already lol!

I must admit DNC is a lot of fun on these BCNMs although ACC was a little iffy to start but done away with steps.

Dinged 49, can finally wear my Ecphoria Ring ^^

Got my Azoth 27/8/08 Fully merited dagger and sword (offhand joytoy)
Also went as the only dnc to dynamis xarcabard and killed dynamis lord.

Hit 50 this weekend and obtained full AF set.

Got DNC from 18 to 25 tonight.

1. I spent 14+ Hrs and finally got my R. Harness! (Whats sup with all the thieves all of a sudden needing them?)

2. Finished off my AF!(mithra are so pwn in dnc af)

3. I tanked as DNC right up to colibri's at 55. It was great to be able to work it like a hybrid pld/nin and being able to throw a stun up before casting ichi was a feat that left me wishing I could do the same as my NIN.

4. Got my joy toy^^

5. camped the lady bug for my Ecphoria Ring, 1/4. Managed to break my Heartsnacher between pops^^

Just completed my AF quests ^_^

Got lvl 52 and I'm lovin' the gloves.

Got lvl 55 and I'm lovin' chocobo jig, also AF head is sexy for sambas.

Just got Genkai 2 done ^^ 60 here i come.

Just dinged 57 and popped on my SH its nice to add another +5 Acc and +10 Eva to my setup even though I haven't been doing much soloing lately.

Got to 60 and put on the sexy body =D
Now to finish G3 and lvl NIN to 37

Level 50 last night and 3/5 AF atm.
