So I'm looking to see what people have found in their experience makes the best atmas for the specific frames. Voracious Violet is tempting due to regain for the melee frames (Armor Shatter spam is some good) but looking to see what experience others have with this. If this has been posted elsewhere, my bad just let me know the link. Thx

For melee with my auto I use RR, VV and SS.(this works out really well boosting both sides dmg well :D)

For Valor Soloing I use Sea Daughter, DG and Vicissitude.(This allows Genta to use Cannibal blade frequently and reducing dmg taking)

For Blm I use Baying Moon, Lion and Beyond.(Grants +60 mab and strengthens the only spell i let him cast thunder V ^^)

When I'm meleeing I use Razed Ruins, Gnarled Horn, and Apoc regardless of the automaton.

When I'm pup/mage healing I use Minikin, Alure, and Rescuer

When I'm automaton nuking I use Minikin, Ultimate, and Beyond

I keep trying to find a way to get away from Apoc, but I've never seen the math myself that would show Sanguine as a better physical DD atma. 15% triple attack is, by my understanding, turing 100 attacks into 145 attacks, for a 45% damage increase. Sanguine is a 30% damage increase.

My setups as well. I sometimes sacrifice GH for VV on my melee set if I expect I won't pull hate and benefit from the counter or evasion (through AGI) from GH, or if there's some reason I'm planning to be idle a lot and building TP through regain.

Apoc is just so strong offensively with Triple Attack, which means faster TP generation for more master AND automaton WS, so if you're using SS/VE frames you get practically twice the benefit in that area as compared to a non-pet job. And you can't ever argue with auto-RR3 as a bonus.

Your math is a tad off, 15% triple attack turn 100 attack into 130 attacks, for a 30% damage increase. Though I'd still use it simply because of the auto-reraise.

I thought I saw that the best was essentially RR, SS, Apoc. GH is more consistent but SS is stronger (and less consistent).

I been messing around and yeah.. RR/SS/VV and RR/SS/Apoc are really close. So I choose to go with the Apoc build XD. Doing about 400crits normally on worms and 800~900 on Verethragna Proc on worms ( I know they're weak but its still great dmg! ). Either of the above mentioned trumps VV/RR/Apoc ( I been using this for a long time, one day I decided to play with SS and it was like night and Day for me ).

I usually go with VV/RR/GH or SS as my standard atma set-up for Valoredge or Sharpshot.

My Spiritreaver setup used to be Beyond/Minikin/Ultimate, but I haven't seriously used Spiritreaver inside Abyssea since we got Thunder V, so I'm not sure anymore. A lightning damage atma might outdo Beyond.

Now I'm not a MM hater or anything but the math proves it to be a poor choice for things like NMs.
50int = 50-114.95dmg
48mab = 373.44-397dmg(this is based off of bliz V base dmg it is 48mab because ice maker increases the value of 30mab to = that of 48mab)

50int vs 48mab:
373.44/50 = 746.88%(+646.88mab to make 50 int = 48mab)
397/114.95 = 345.36%(+245.36mab to make 50 int = 48mab)

This shows you need 245.36-646.88mab to make 50int stack up to 48mab now 245.36mab is easy but 646.88 I'm not even sure that's possible last I check we max out at 601.6mab

Idk that our autos can beat an abyssea nms int by 50 even with ice manv+ int and afv3 boots

Oh one more little note keep in mind this is for Blizzard V and the base of Thunder V will be higher; therefore, lowering the significance of +114.95 dmg by increasing the value of 48%.

:D please point out any faults in my math
