Mumble mumble...I wonder if it'll be worth to use or if the element the mob is weak to will still be better. Thoughts?(other than it would save A LOT of inventory space xD)

What I'm expecting is that it'll be just as if I had a Fire Card on me when I use Fire Shot... but will instead just use the Trump Card instead. Same strengths, 7 more open spots. .... well... 6. In case there is a Trump Card Case.

Incredibly handy.

As we're getting Mog Sack, I've been looking forward to maxing my COR sets even more and starting up NIN again from 75. COR already takes up enough of my inv space, so the mog sack was my way of improving the jobs sets even more. f trump card is even slightly weaker then using the 8 elemental cards, I won't be using it.

I'm doubt it will be weaker or stronger. But I'm sure it will be a hell of a lot more expensive.

I get used as a widescan bitch alot. Rng still very much falls in to the "sh*t's situational" group.

I doubt it will be even more expensive. I think the whole plan is to move away from the individual element cards entirely and just use trump cards to help with inventory. It's not like there is a big crafter industry in QD cards. We pretty much all buy them from NPC. So why have so many different cards?

I expect when we head out to nashmau on the ferry there will be only one type of card to buy: trump cards. Once our inventory of elemental cards is used up it will all be based on a single card for different shots.

But maybe I'm just wishful thinking and SE will double the price to save us inventory space...

where does the trump card show in quick draw category? I'm level 90 and not seeing it.

I think you have the concept wrong. The trump card is an all-element card so that you theoretically don't have to carry all the other elements with you.

If you only had trump cards and shot fire shot, you would get a fire based QD shot just as if you used a fire card. If you then QD Water shot you will get a water based QD shot but consume a trump card.

So its not a separate QD card. Its a substtute for whatever element you want. It's inv +8 at twice the price of elemental cards.
