[dev1110] Job Adjustments: Blue Mage
•Diffusion
•Recast time reduced from twenty minutes to ten.
•Additional merit points no longer reduce casting time, but instead lengthen effect duration.
So depending on the spell and durration increase this could be nice even for solo use. Diffusion > Battery Charge for a greater return in mp/time. any other ideas this might be good for?

Tell me which event where your party can get a real benefit from 5 minutes of 3 mp/tick refresh.
EDIT: OK 5 minutes+, let's say you put it more than 1 merit.

Refresh might not be so great, but magic barrier might.
And if we can geta rather large static boost per merit, instead of a crappy duration percentage+ (say 30 more seconds per merit instead of 10% duration) Some of our crappy 1 minute spells like triumphant roar and harden shell would then be pretty nice with a 3 minute duration.

Diffusion only AoE's spells that buff you, While you get MP back from magic hammer, it is an attack spell. So it won't work. Quit please.

That doesn't excuse that kind of inconsiderate post. Even if the poster had actually said and meant Magic Hammer, to tell them just to quit isn't the right way to do it. You yourself have made mistakes in regards to how Blue Mage works, and people have responded not by telling you to just stop playing the job, but by correcting you on the error in hopes you'll learn from the mistake you made and improve. You should respect the other person rather than instantly berate them.
