How to pair skills ?Follow

Hi all,
I'm usually a full-time Bst but thought I'd try Blu as the two jobs seem to share so much as far as the various ecosystems are concerned & have to admit I like it so much that although I'm currenlty 52 I'm going to take it all the way !
However, one thing that puzzles me greatly & for which I can find no answer is that I keep hearing about how I should 'pair' this spell with that spell or combining spells to get a certain staus effect, ok I understand the need to do this but how exactly do I set my spells out in a physical sense ? [I may not be explaining myself too well I only hope someone understands me]
I'm currently capped on my Blu magic & with the exception of 2 have all spells for my current level with a few above too.

Firstly thanks for your reply & link [I thought I'd read every article/guide available but you managed to pull this one out of the hat] which while informative is not quite what I'm after
Forgive me if I seem a trifle slow on the uptake, I have only old age, grey hair with a balding spot on my crown & a set of teeth borrowed from a racehorse as an excuse . . .
Lets take Accuracy Bonus as an example. [I copy/paste from the wiki guide]

Pick any 2 spells to get Accuracy Bonus.
Level Available Spell Set Point Cost
60 Dimensional Death 5
63 Frenetic Rip 3
72 Disseverment 5
82 Vanity Dive 2

Do I need to have say Dim Death & Fren Rip in my spell list for the bonus or do I need to physically cast them as well. If I do then how does it work if it takes a minute after setting spells before you can use them [unless I zone etc] & I'm in the middle of a fight ?
I was going to ask about the auto-refresh spells but that's a complete mind-blower at my current level of understanding, maybe I should stick with Bst . . .

As far as Auto-refresh once you hit 58 you'll be able to set it by having the following in your spell list; Stinking Gas, Frightful Roar, Self-Destruct, Cold Wave ,Light of Penance

Ok the penny has finally dropped & I see what I need to do now to get whatever job trait I may be after.
Just one last question if I may please . . .
Whilst I appreciate from being a Bst what using a pet from a higher level eco-system can achieve [intimidation etc] how exctly does this work for Blu please ?

Most people choose to ignore the Monster correlation effects on BLU overall (as far as gear and merits are concerned)due to the ability to boost damage and versatility through other focus. As a BST you know though that monster correlation effects can be useful for intimidation, but its seems the effect is usually no where near as strong as a BST main or pets killer effects. BLU is so great for adaptability that I dont see why you wouldn't absolutely love the job.
