SO from what I read, If I do the level 20 prime fights, I will still be able to get a mini-tuning fork for instant warps later on? So does this plan work to obtain all the avatars:

1) Obtain Ramuh, Ifrit, Shiva, Leviathan, Titan, and Garuda through level 20 solo fights.
2) Fight all 6 avatars again (65+) battle so I can obtain the whispers for Fenrir.
3) Fight and obtain Fenrir.
4) Fight and obtain Diabolos.
5) Reach lvl 75 and obtain Odin and Alexander.

Does this sound like a good plan? OR should I just fight the avatars TWICE through the 65+ battles?

THANKS IN ADVANCE! =]

The level 65 fights are not capped and can be soloed at level 75 by many jobs, at 90 they're cake. If you have a friend that can do the fight or a high level job to do it yourself the level 65 fight is better. For whatever it's worth not doing the level 20 cap fights gives you the option of teleporting directly to the avatar crystals.

also, if something goes wrong, pup is the easiest job to blame. You can keep one around just for that reason. If there's a mijin gakure and everyone dies, just blame the pup, he's used to it.

Apparently there was a fix by SE now where you can obtain the mini-tuning forks even after you beat the avatar. I think id rather do the lvl 20 solo fights, cause either way i have to fight the avatars twice to obtain Fenrir correct?

Correct. Also, I've always been a huge advocate of those Lv20 fights because they force you to solo and there's no shortcut. It forces you to learn some good summoning habits that so many summoners these days have no clue about; things like GET THE **** OUT OF RANGE before doing anything else, and how to get hate back on your avatar safely. If you have any problems, feel free to ask for help, don't get frustrated and just spin your wheels because if you're serious about Summoner then these fights can teach you a lot!

So yeah, I think you have a good plan going.

I learned those habits without the 20 fights though. :'(

@Pergatory thanks for that advice! I definitely know what you are talking about. I have already done all of the level 20 fights before on my old character so I already got a feel for it! =]
