I just installed FFXIV and right off the bat it doesn't start. Here is the error report I got from it. Can anyone determine what my issue is?

Edit: You're also running a Pentium D, shich will cause you problems as well. While the D may have dual cores, the bridge and such aren't all that great. A slower clocked C2D can actually outperform a 3.4GHz Pentium D. Here's a smaple comparison of an E6850 (3GHz C2D) vs a Pentium D 950 (3.4GHz):

Most importantly, you will need a new graphics card. If your motherboard will suppord C2D processors (might need a BIOS Update for some of the 3GHz or higher ones), might want to look into that as well.
