I would greatly appreciate any advice and all my devices are up to date. Please be very specific because i don't understand computer lingo. >.<

Check the game's minimum requirements. These Intel Chipsets are NOT a dedicated GPU solution in the same vein as an ATI or nVidia solution--that's why they are not listed.
