Finishing off Bastok Missions, getting Rank 10, moving onto Windy. Sending my buffer into a downward spiral, stopping miraculously on 160 exp into 75 (heh ^^;).

Went to Monastic Cavern to get a testimony and decided to walk over to the NM spot at the end and see if it was up. Happened to be a small farming party that was killing a orcish dragoon, and they offered me the testimony if it dropped. It dropped.

Beat Maat and walked away embarrased that I want 1/2 on him, didn't even have to 2 hour or use any jumps =_=;

Picked up enyo's Mask couple days ago 100% drop ftw.. lol

Beat Diabolos for CoP 3-5 as DRG on Monday. Being able to go DRG was an achievement itself.

got lvl 40 drg in as month with only 5 partys. soloed most of the time while waiting for a party.

Finshed all 3 promys glad i saved dem for last. Even with the noobz from hell still pulled out the win thnak u hi-pots.

got lv 2 HP merits and picked up a jelly ring after an epic battle.

Completed Promathia Mission 2-3 (Minotaur) and the cutscenes for 2-4

Got a Subligar drop yesterday during my 3rd Swift Belt run. White panties FTW!

Also got 4 merits this weekend, but not entirely sure where to put them as of yet. Most likely they'll go to High Jump for level 4.

Met Goal #1 I set forth for this game.

I Spammed me some Penta Thrust, and it felt good :P

Goal #2 will be to Defeat a lv60 SAM in PvP in place of a friend who quit after we promised to duel.

My first post ever!

I'm not nearly as high level as the rest of you experienced dragoons, but I figured I could list off minor accomplishments?

- Lv 30 DRG achieved.
- Rank 4 achieved.

Did an insane amount of(long overdue)leveling yesterday. Got SAM from level 24-36 yesterday.

After spending 2 evenings tempting death soloing as drg/blu in Garlaige Citadel hit lv 58(af body woot!). I think the closest to death I got was when I agroed a tough beetle wile pulling a decent challange bat. I droped low 200s a few times but I was able to get my timing right between their attacks ended up killing them both. First night was a tad slow shared the camp with a party ended up having to save them on average after 4 pulls lol. Which brings the question.. how where they getting exp that many deaths and stayed for a long time. >.> Second night was faster but I almsot died a few times busy talking to the ls and responding to tells. X)

Did AM35 Gessho fight. Set up: pld/war, mnk/nin, drg/sam(me), rdm/blm, rdm/whm, brd/whm.

1st attempt: Ate Meat. (coeurl) Idk what i was thinking, but I went on Hasso mode and took enough hits early on in the battle to get killed along with the bard from his 2 hour half way through. I also for some dumb reason forgot to use angon at start orz. Mnk and pld pulled out their 2 hour to try to finish it, reached up to 10% before getting wiped. {Seigan} {yes please} >.>/

2nd attempt: Ate Meat. (coeurl) (same pt, mind you pld and mnk used up their 2 hour.) Went on complete seigan 3rd eye mode this time. So much better for my health. Angon at start. However, mnk died early on this time. I pulled a 2 hour at 50% pulled a back to back penta for 1450-1500 (the first penta was after my 2nd angon). At about the same time, both rdm chainspelled and started nuking. I died after my 2nd WS from hate, and the mages shortly afterwards. Party wiped at 3%... =-=;

3rd Try: Ate Tav Taco (ran out of meat, only had that from my pld xp pt orz) By this time, all of us had used up our 2 hour. We went over some stratedgy of what we did wrong, and decided to give it one more chance. Played a bit more conservatively, more carefully, mages kept the adds from swamping the front line jobs, used my angon twice, kept on 3rd eyeing, remembered to empathy and deep breath this time. Everyone on their A-game. No one died. Beaten boss relatively quick. (record time was by my ls mate, bah)

Moral of this story: Experience over zerging.
