Solo'd The Prince and the Hopper as a 73drg/36blu. Nothing super special for most DRG's my level but when researching the quest I saw nothing on anything be able to solo it under 75. I was proud of myself, and thought the cs's in the quest were pretty funny, if not really long.

Solo Chanoix's Gorget: get.

I then preceeded to act the fool in an assault and get killed 2x in a row trying to solo worms on Excavation Duty.

Finally got chain5 solo. ^^ (Sea puks)

I wish I was that high in rank. No, it was Leujaoam Clensing to be exact. Forgot that worms could silence... Sound Vacuum.

If only Barbeque had have shown up earlier and given me my "and knowing's half the battle" public service anouncement about Sound Vacuum. Then I would have known.

cought roughly 500 lb. of fish last weak while on vacation.

Ding* Lvl 70. Felt good equipping 4 new pieces of gear.

Now to arrange my Optical Hat run and a DRG testimony.

All assaults done as drg.

Drachen Helm goodness! At first I was all grumpy that I had to be on DRG in order to spawn the NMs for this. So I had to wait till lvl 60 and get some help, rather than soloing it at 50 with the rest of my AF. Well, let me just say it's so worth it.

I went out to W.Woodlands as 60DRG/BLU to test this bad boy out on some lesser colibir(the red-headed step children of ToAU :P) and was blown away. At first I tried to pick out Toughs and avoid VTs and that went smooth. Then I ran out of Toughs and tentatively tried some VTs, smooth again. After this I turned into a colibri chaining fiend. The exp was so good that I turned down 2 party invites and popped an emperor band for the big # lulz. Highest I got was chain#4 608exp i think. Dinged 61 not too long after that.

Anyway, just wanted to share the excitement and say don't be afraid to start on LC's at 60. Hope the goodness holds out for another few levels.

Nothing big, but dinged 58 and purchased all my gear for 58-70 (minus a colossal lance).
Going to start camping Ose with my ls for the jerkin this weekend.
And I can finaly say I hate colibri. The better you do the worse you do, it's like a paradox or something.

Ares hands dropped for me last night! After about 16 previous runs at the rampart with only 2 NMs and no drops. 4/5, need 35 mask to complete the set. So happy!

And last weekend, finished CoP and chose Rajas. :D

Parry 205.

Soloed the 6 avatar fights, (friend needed 6 whispers). Then pt later against fenrir. <Athas:2 Fenrir:1> His Earring obtained this time around.

Initially went /Blu for first 3 avatars with friend buffing me, but switched over to /rdm for last 3 since cocoon + fast trigger spell wasnt really necessary imo.

A few thing to note:
- Of all the avatars, Shiva is the trickiest, imo. Sleepga, Ice Spikes can play havoc on the healing breaths. Spirit link to wake up wyvern. Her Diamond Dust for 1600+ (unresisted, I'm guessing) killed me on first try. :3
- Switched to some HP gear to give me better chance of surviving avatar 2 hours. (gigant, cassie, BQ Ring[cept ifrit =P])
- Alot of the Avatars have atrocious accuracy... I had no eva gear on, and they were missing me 33%-50% of the time, depending on which avatar. Adding more eva gear would make even more difference.
- Empathy SpiritLink Shell to your wyvern to give it best chance of surviving avatar 2 hour. Even with that, wyvern died 2/6 2-hours.
- Fought one avatar in its weak day, but other then that didnt really pay attention to what day we were fighting which avatar, as long as it wasnt its strong day.

Fenrir fight was pretty straight forward - nin, sam/thf, drg/sam, brd, whm, blm. Nin died @ 2 hour despite shell+carol, but as sam and I both had WS ready, and the blm was casting a ES+Freeze2, it was a short fight from that point on.

Am 17% away from Love Halberd, and it's my first event in sea! lol, only person who put down Halberd on wishlist ftw!

Dude, within one week I should have gained: Rajas Ring, Drachen Finger Gauntlets +1 and Love Halberd...

Got rajas, CFH on JoL, and limbus was canceled due to lack of moral, so I wont have enough ABCs by saturday.

Phobos's Mask:O huuzzzahh! 15,25,35 ares's mask complete!! Just need 25 Phobos's Cuirass for Ares's Cuirass. :D
