I really need some info helpFollow

I kind of forget what level you get some of these spells at, but here it goes...

Voidwalker has Consume Shadows, it helps a little bit if you know there's a Rogue around. Though more likely you'll just get them to burn Shadowstep as an opener to close from outside CS's range (not that that's a bad thing). If you're fast you can use Sacrifice when he appears behind you, before they get you all dazed, poisoned, etc. At that point it's a matter of getting away. If need be, Death Coil (or an instant-cast Howl of Terror) can give you a couple of seconds. Even if they decide to trinket out of it, you should have a little more distance, and can follow with Curse of Exhaustion, or Immolate/Conflagrate, and start to kite them. Later levels my response is usually Shadowfury or my trusty Demonic Circle (if I remembered to put it down... ), as they work well and have shorter CDs.

Really if a Rogue gets a good jump on you it'll probably be all you can do just get them to vanish and run away. They're a tough fight.

If he had three levels on you and you were 47, that means he was level 50. Which means he didn't have Cloak of Shadows (lvl 58) yet.

I usually quest with my Succubus out, so you can use Seduction to CC the Rogue, wait for him to pop his trinket, use Death Coil, cast Fear and then just... kill him?

Assuming he doesn't kill you before Seduction lands, of course.

Anyway, it probably doesn't matter anymore. This thread is from June, which means you're probably past the level where Rogues are somewhat easily countered. If they have Cloak of Shadows, you're screwed.
