so ive kinda gotta problem.i wanna get the tier chest,but i know if i unequip my current chest it will put me under hit cap(also i passed on best in slot boots today.but yeah,like i said.it would put me under hit cap if i unequipped my boots)

basically,is there a way i can fix my gear or something that will make it so where i can actually get crap without putting me under hit rating.was thinkin about gettin the tier chest but i dont think i can reforge enough to be hit capped.i know theres that liscense to slay trinket but my trinkets i figured were pretty good

Why are you running with only one Bold Chimera's Eye. Get the other two up. Take the tier piece and reforge where necessary, like that reforge into crit you've got going on with one of your rings there. Use a site like Mr. Robot or something to help you see where your reforges should be at (you can change out your stat weights depending on where you are at with content. EJ or others can give you ideas there as well.

i dont know,i guess my overall problem is.anything that doesnt have hit rating on it,i just automatically assume if i got it i couldnt reforge the hit so i could get hit capped

but ya,maybe its cuz i recently reforged some stuff.but when i take my boots off im still hit capped.oh and according to that website,it says that liscense to slay,heart of rage is best in slot trinkets.but according to elitistjerks crushing weight,heart of rage is

i got enough vp to get liscense to slay to,but ya.i dont know,i usually go by elitistjerks

actually now that i think about it.i dont think my meta is activated now cuz i regemmed,i didnt really think about that until after i regemmed though
