Level 18 or 19ish synth for Undyed, with even higher for dyed. Make sure you have support.

Do you have common clothshop support? Because it's required.

Are you using an Iron Needle (Rank 22)? If you still have the Bronze that's kinda low level (Hedgemole Needle is Rank 12, but don't think people can make it yet).

Is your armor all crafting armor?

As you move up in rank you can no longer afford to wear anything (or nothing) and expect to do well. You don't need the absolute best gear possible, but even the sub Rank 10 crafting gear adds up to a decent amount of +Control, +Craftmanship, and +Mag Craftmanship. Make sure it is either all class or optimized for weaver (WVR).

If you're doing all that and still failing...then it could just be a screw up on SE part. Carpentry has a Rank 10 leve (High Tension) that's pretty much impossible to do at Rank 10, I couldn't complete it until Rank 12 and that was just barely.
