Where is the N.P.C where you get the supplies from? I cant figure it out and I've had this leve for 3 days now. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is the same leve from Ul'dah then you should already have those items when you synth with the requested stuff.

At least it was for me. 3 times.

You should already have the mats, just by activating the leve for this particular one.
In short, just start crafting (synth button), a message will appear at the bottom of your log
click on the mentionned button (above the boxes where you put ingredients) and select the leve you want to do.
craft,
deliver
???

I have some problem on other local leve myself, cant find the gatekeeper lauverain (or something like that) at camp black bone (is it the correct name, the camp just north of Ut tlha city ^^)

don't know about others but I know the lag and loading of areas are very slow, sometimes the npcs don't even show up for a few minutes and also been getting a glitch where the npc name is hovering just above the ground and the npc is no where to be seen
