Faeblight server population?Follow

I am considering coming back to RIFT and rolling on Faeblight server. (My old characters were low-levels on Briarcliff and I don't feel like playing on a PvP server.) However, I don't know whether I should roll Guardian or Defiant. Is the Faeblight population skewed towards one of the factions? If so, which one? Thank you!
