Like digg says. Also the fat PS3's are so old I couldn't see myself or anyone I know spending a penny over $100 for one and it would have to be flawless.

Is your PS3 one of the PS2 backwards compatible ones? If it is they still go for a lot on eBay.

You would probably get the most money overall if you sold everything separately on ebay Clean everything up, take some nice pictures and make an informative listing and you'll get $200-250 for everything.

Yeah after I posted that I changed my mind on the price and lowered it on to 250 dollars. I figured 75 for the console 5 dollars per game and 25 for extra controller(They are stupid expensive even at Gamestop used ) and 10 for the Charger cradle.

I actually forgot to list one 2 games RE5 and Asuras Wrath so I figured 29 games + Console + extra controller wasnt to bad.

Unfortunately, No Its one of the 120 gig ones I just put a 320 gig HDD in it. If it was I would sell it with the like 15 other PS2 games I have that never get played.

Yeah I would run into the problem of payment though. We're closing our bank account here today or tomorrow since we're leaving Thurs/Friday for Seattle. Ebay only pays into Paypal and without a bank account to transfer into, the funds become useless to us. That and time constraints and trying to ship stuff while in the process of moving doesn't feel feasible. Also cant sell digital products separately :P

Do you have a trustworthy family member with an eBay/Paypal account that you have sell the merchandise for you?

Make sure to transfer the PS account over to a throwaway e-mail address, so you can give the information to whomever buys it, if you're advertising the downloaded games as part of the deal.

I'm far too lazy to rate bomb a thread. Also, BF3 premium is $19.77 at Gamersgate today. Which I guess is a good price.

Furthermore, the net is down here at work and typing on my phone is hella annoying.

Gamersgate is having an EA week, according to an email they just sent me.

Monday: Battlefield - Save up to 70%
Tuesday: Dragon Age - Save up to 75%
Wednesday: Mass Effect - Save up to 75%
Thursday: The Sims - Save up to 50%
Friday: Kingdoms of Amalur - Save up to 75%
Saturday: Dead Space - Save up to 75%
Sunday: Crysis - Save up to 75%

Considering I own everything but Crysis, DS3, and The Sims, doesn't really help me. Maybe someone hasn't played DA or ME yet? Too bad they don't have the DLC for the BioWare games... Might grab the KoA ones, if they're 75% off. I enjoyed the game, but never finished it. I intend to go back to it at some point.

Mass Effect on GG says "SecuROM" as the DRM although I'm pretty sure you can have it added to your Origin account. ME2 looks as though it requires Origin and ME3 obviously does. I think the Trilogy pack is all Origin copies as well.

Just so you two no, you CAN add your ME1 to play through Origin as well, without buying it. My ME1 is technically Steam, but it goes through Origin. I can't remember if it actually does its DRM check through Origin or Steam, though. I'd check now, but I'm converting some videos to run on my PS3 and don't want to slow it down.

It DOES let me use Origin's cloud storage, if I wanted it, though. So I'm inclined to say they are doing everything they can to keep you from going back to Steam.

Man, if only they'd let me add my 360 copy, then I'd be golden.

I just mean that, as you can Origin games to Steam, or Steam games to Origin, it's not generally an issue. You can always use whatever launcher you want. Whether or not additional features (like Steam community) are available, I don't know, as I never use them really. But it would only be an issue if you desperately don't want to download one or the other.

I believe (and definitely don't quote me on this) that you can uninstall Origin after you use it to validate your game. I am NOT positive about that, but I feel like I remember it being the case.

So Dragon Age is the EA sale at Gamersgate today Im considering picking up the Dragon age Complete Pack (DA1 Ult + DA2) for 9.99 maybe cheaper with eldergeek code + BC. Not sure. The only thing that bothers me about it is Both are listed as "Other DRM" and I have NO clue what that means or if it will work in Origin etc.

I already have DA1 on my Steam as a gift, but I can use that as Trade fodder , since I gave in and installed Origin It's pointless to be picky where my games are and the Steam Version goes for more than the Origin one usually.

One of the reviews reads "... the Ultimate Edition gave me some activation issues with Origin, I wanted them all on Origin launcher, it was sorted out with EA support easily enough..." so I'd guess that DA doesn't natively add itself to your Origin catalog, it can be added. So much the same story as Mass Effect 1.
