I wouldn't have as big of a problem downloading non-GOTY editions of older games if it weren't for them never putting all the DLCs up for good bundled deals without the main game attached.
You'll see Fallout New Vegas on sale, Ultimate edition for what... 5 dollars more than the base game. But all the DLCs while on sale for 50% off at the same time still add up to 10-15 dollars alone.

Heh, my complaints are more tongue-in-cheek. Obviously it doesn't benefit me personally if anyone buys in, I just make the offer because I can save someone another 40% off the single copy price and don't mind doing the transaction. Unfortunately, the only time the back and forth seems "worth it" is to stack the savings from a 4-pack on top of the savings from my discount.
If someone I know wanted to use the 20%, I'd be happy to run it for them. I assume most people don't feel the extra hassle of a middleman is worth saving the two bucks off a $10 price tag so I don't make the offer.

Tried it for science and didn't work for me either. I think the Skyrim DLC on GMG is exempt from additional vouchers.

I think the HB is one Steam key, isn't it? Usually all the base games are bundled into one key and then separate keys for the BTA and any additional add-on games.
