Bah, was just coming to post the new bundle information. I already own Limbo and Bastion and recommend them both. The current average price is $7.38, so if you want Bastion, that's what you have to beat. Honestly, if I didn't already have two of the games, I'd jump on this in a second.
When you purchase it, you get the Bastion Steam key separately from the "Bundle" Steam key (Amnesia, Psychonauts, etc). So if you already own Bastion, you could always pass the code along to a friend. I suppose this may not be the intent but then I figure if you're buying a whole bundle you should be entitled to a copy of everything in it whether you already own it or not.
If you're adverse to Steam, you can always download each game as a separate executable instead and run them individually.
And here's the promo video voiced by the Bastion narrator

In case anyone missed the sale on Amazon, Saints Row 3 is $17 on Steam. If you by the Season Pass for $7 (normally $20) you get all 3 of the current side story DLC. Also Quantum Conundrum is available for preorder for $13.50, it's by the creator of the original Portal. Gameplay demo video is below.

this thread reminded me that I've only played CIV 5 once since buying it

GamersGate is having an Assassins Creed sale. $7.49 each for Brotherhood & AC2, $29.99 for Revelations. $4.99 for AC:R DLC. The first game is also $7.49 but that usually goes on sale cheaper.

Far Cry 1 & 2 are bundled together for $5 as the Steam daily. Hard not to get five bucks worth of enjoyment out of them if you have any interest at all in the whole FPS thing.

Here is me on Farcry 1 after I bought them both on steam sale last year:
Find first camp. Shoot some dudes. Holy crap I take a lot of damage. Struggle, make a check point. Get a car with a gun, shoot lots of stuff on road. Trying to find next checkpoint. BOAT OF ETERNAL ROCKETS! Seriously this boat shoots rockets non stop at you from the water and kills you over and over. I waited behind a hill trying to think of something to do to deal with the thing. 50 rockets hit the hill trying to kill me in non stop succession.
Ok so I take "realistic" damage from guns and am basically wtfgibbed by one bullet but these guy's in the inflatible have managed to fit 1000's of rockets in a 5-10' Raft?
Quit.

I used a nearby hill as cover while I crouched down and picked off the two guys on the boat using the gun's ironsight.
Yeah I think I pulled that off once then died a little up and since the game has check points, got sent back and just said F it. I always meant to go back and play it again or fire up FC 2 but the list of games that meet those conditions in my library is already really long.

Far Cry 2 is a pretty different game. Whether that's good or bad depends a lot on how enamored you were with FC1.

Braid, Super Meat Boy & Lone Survivor were added to the Humble Bundle.
I really liked Braid's concept except then I got stuck on a level and haven't gone back. Never played SMB but only hear that it's hella-hard. Never heard of Lone Survivor.

Those of us that already bought the bundle can go back in and get the new games as well.
Hurray for value!

Already have Braid and Super Meat Boy from earlier bundles, but I'll take Lone Survivor without complaints. Apparently Notch (of Minecraft) and someone calling themselves HumbleBronyBundle are in a competition to see who can spend the most money on this bundle. Currently Notch is winning at $9999.99. When I checked last week they were still both around the 3000 range.
GMG has Tropico 3 Gold Edition for $3.73 in case you feel like ruling over a Caribbean island on a budget.
Amazon has Risen for $5.99
Slow times but Steam summer sale is coming up fast. And probably an associated Amazon sale.

Their sale price is 25% off of $29.99, listed as $26.99. Not sure if they're that stupid, or they're hoping people will blindly look at the 25% off tag and not the price.
If it is only 10% off, Steam has the same sale.
Nevermind, their discount system seems to be hanging a bit. Make sure you're getting the 25% before you go to buy.
That and their "advertised" price is 10% off with the code actually giving an additional 15% for 25% total. Sort of a confusing way to do it but, hey, I'm just the messenger.
You could assume the worst and that they're hoping people will buy it without entering the code (and just get 10%) but they have the code in big letters on the item page so... don't ask me.

Interestingly, PSN threw a bunch of full games up at no add'l charge for PS+ users. Infamous 2, LBP 2, Lara Croft & The Guardian of Light, Virtua Fighter 5, and a few others.
Looks like I'm totally set on games for the next few weeks. Pretty cool.
I am actually tempted to buy that CIV 5 expansion, since I've played the game 3 times now.

27% off at GetGamesGo. It's Steamworks so it doesn't matter where you get it from since it activates on Steam anyway.

PSA: Steam Summer Sale likely starts soon. Current speculation puts it at Thursday the 28th, so consider holding off on any game you're looking at buying that isn't a daily deal until the Summer Sale ends.

I still have games from the last summer sale I haven't gotten to yet.
Put on your hipster glasses and go retro with Worlds of Ultima 1 & 2 for free at GOG. They don't list an expiration on the offer so I don't know if they're permanently free or a limited offer.

Today is Myst: Masterpiece Edition vs The 7th Guest.
The Civ 5 expansion Gods & Kings is live, getting good reviews and still $21.87 at GetGamesGo (vs $29.99). I wouldn't expect it to be lower for the Steam summer sale since they usually put stuff from 6-12+ months on the big sales, not brand new releases.

Just in case that last deal as a buck-eighty too rich for you, MacUpdate is selling Gods & Kings for a cool $20 for the next day or so. From what I've heard, the Steam key works on both Mac & PC platforms.
Those who paid $21.87 will have to rage when they can afford 0.33% less of an indie game on sale from Steam next week.

More free stuff -- Green Man Gaming is giving away Commandos 3: Destination Berlin. You also get a 10% voucher on various games including the new Quantum Conundrum if you were interested in it.
Offer only lasts until 1100 UTC on June 22nd (6:00am Central US time tomorrow). As always, you can just "buy" it now and not bother downloading it until you're good and ready.

Total War weekend at GamersGate. The "Complete Collection"* is $25 and includes Medieval 2, Rome (w/ Alexander), Shogun, Shogun 2 (with DLC, does not include FotS), Empire & Napoleon.
*Apparently "complete" excludes the original Medieval: TW
Or you can get the games separately. Range from $2.50 for Shogun & Medieval 2 up to $7.50 for Shogun 2 (which will probably be on sale for $5 on Steam next week)

Edit I: Also, Steam has Deus Ex: Human Revolution on sale! Can you believe it? That's it... mods, shut this thread down. I'm done
Edit II: I originally went to GMG because they tweeted that JULIA was 50% off ($15). I have no idea what the game is about or if it's any good but the stills look pretty. Ok... NOW I'm done!

I just bought the Deus Ex entire collection for $14.99. All those other sales I had games I was still into. This one catches me at just the right amount of bored with my other games.

I don't usually buy the games I mention here (or else I'd be posting from my hobo crate) but I did pick up Quantum Conundrum. If you've seen the previews, it's 100% what you would expect it to be and if you think you'd like it, you almost certainly will. Portal-esque problem solving with TF2-esque graphics. Certainly worth the $12-$15 if that description sounds attractive to you.
One annoyance is that there's very little in the way of settings and it sometimes hitches on my system. It hasn't been an issue yet but from what I understand the game gets more platform-y later in and you can imagine how much fun judging jumps is when you're not running smoothly. One of the devs posted to the QC subsection of the Steam forums and said they were planning on patching in more video/performance options in the next few days. I might play a little more while it's still easy and then set it aside until I can tweak the settings.

If you're talking about when the blast doors open, it's an unfortunate effect of using the Unreal Engine. It freezes the game while it loads the next section. The one thing I don't like about this game is the fact that you don't have any "feet" to see where you are standing on objects. Too many times I've fallen off platforms when I tried to edge out to catch a flying safe.
"We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary." — James D. Nicoll
It's hitched a few other times when I'm moving or panning quickly. Nothing horrible or game breaking but if I can tweak to avoid it, I may as well do so.
Edit: Now that I'm paying closer attention to it, it is happening when approaching a new "level". I guess it's the system creating the new space then. I've done several jumping puzzles without any problem aside from my own lack of coordination.

Amazon has the Dragon Age double pack on sale again. Dragon Age:Origins (Ultimate Edition w/ DLC), Awakenings and Dragon Age II all for a total of $10. If you don't own this, you owe it to yourself, your children and your community to buy it. If you have it on a console, you need to buy it for the PC for the mods. Individual games are $4.99 each.
People outside the US can trick amazon by using a false US mailing address for their shipping address. Other information (such as your CC billing address) should all remain accurate. Others here have done this so they may have more information than I.

It looks like the Steam Summer Sale will likely start tomorrow but who knows. I believe in the past it's been more or less centered around Independence Day so it might not be until Monday for all I know. I'd still bet on tomorrow though.
LA Noire's been the mid-week special ($4.99 base, $7.49 complete). If you already own it but bought it when it was the core game, the DLC pack is on sale for $2.99
