It appears Test has been down since early Saturday morning by looking at the server select screen and reading people's comments on the official EQ forums. Some people say they are still logged into Test but certain zones are down on the server.
The server being down and zones crashing on Test seems to be happening more frequently lately. Thoughts?

Sounds like they should update their version of "The Idiot's Guide to Servers" or at least learn how to read the version they have at hand...
It wasn't until Monday afternoon when the server was finally brought up. The server was reported down to Daybreak by me to their Daybreak help twitter account Saturday afternoon. Someone else reported it before me. I got a reply from them on Sunday asking me if it was still down. I replied back yes, it was still down.
