You might want to post this on their forums. The people who work on Zam don't work for Daybreak, and so cannot take any action on AFK bots.

Normally my UI's are /viewport to shrink everything down with a bunch of things open. I reset the view port and closed things for full screen.
Need a hug post is slang for this player needs a visit by a GM for using an automated afk farm bot.
This was actually posted on DBG forums but they removed it as you can't name shame people.. "***** Generation" -- Clint Eastwood.

PS - You can just hit F10 to get rid of the UI pieces, and then you'd just have the graphics/view.

Ah, gotcha. Customer service sucks these days, so petitioning will probably get you no where. Shame really. CS used to be so awesome back when SoE still existed (or at least when they had a bigger staff).

just noted lots of AFK bots in Brothers Island and DeadHills on the path leading to ToRot. need to make some videos of them

I am not sure how you can tell, when I farm I run a cicit like that for hours and I an not a bot.

at least 3 easy things you can tell are dumb automation program. normal people playing the game do not play like this.
