I would appreciate any help you could give me over getting a better bow? I am looking for a place where a good one drops or one that I could do a quest for. I am lvl 99. thank you for any help that you would give.

Heartwood Bow falls from named Tree in Valley might be a doable start?
There is a crafted bow: August Infused Glowbow but required is level 101 and then you add crafted augmentation like: Boundless Reaching Symbol of the Warmonger & for type 4 Aug I use Frosted Topaz over-all status AC: 123 / HP: 2930 / Mana: 2768 / END: 2824.....Base Dmg: 125 / Delay 23 / Range 210....plus all the other adds. This was made for me by guild. and Frosted Topaz bought in Bazaar.

not sure but here is an old pop bow with stun and a kill Mod: Archery +5% (20 Max) that can be made
