Has anyone else noticed a change in that the Chanter gets bad aggro especially after releasing any swarm pet? Started sometime ago now and has remained this way. Is it only me? I added all kinds of anti aggro to her to no avail.

I think they broke (or fixed in a bad way?) pet aggro in general sometime over the last few weeks. I can't speak directly about chanter pets, but there's been some amusement in my guild group over the fact that our mage's pet does most of the tanking nowadays. Which, yes, annoys the group warrior to no end.

I never use doppelganger. You release doppelganger and the mob attacks your enchanter, not the illusion?? Boy, it's working in reverse!

Wait. The chanter gets attacked and not the pet? That's strange. Not sure what's going on there then.

Well looks like it is not a game wide problem then I guess, just me somehow screwed up! Weird.
No, it's game wide. Check out the DBG forums. They patched in changes to pet aggro, and everyone (well, everyone with a pet) is furious about it.
