Is there a list somewhere of trophies non tradeskill that can be earned in game?

The Tradeskill Trophy does it only use the stats toward tradeskills? It doesn't show up on my personal trophy list.

Through experimentation I find that you can place a tradeskill trophy in your house and it will show up on your trophies UI, but in order for you to receive any tradeskill advantage in your skills and stats... the tradeskill trophy needs to be equipped in either primary/secondary or range.
