Since Zam took over they don't update the pages any more, but the program gets updated with every game patch to make work again.
What do you mean by down? The web site to download it? Or is it crashing or something else? Don't need to respond here, as the people that work on it don't visit these pages very often and it's better to report problem in feedback forum https://everquest.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=3
You probably won't get a response, but if they see it, they'll probably fix whatever the problem is, if they're not already working on it.
