Does anyone know of any items which can summon stat food/drink that are still available?
The only one I know of right now is the Warm Milk Dispenser from the Marketplace.
I'm looking for one that summons food.

Only thing I know of and they are no longer selling in Marketplace atm is Packed Picnic Basket. normally 200sc when up for sale....they brought some things back...and are advertizing sales all month long... so maybe they will pop it?

Yeah, I missed that item and was looking for something similar.
The only items I heard of (dont have them though ) are the ones from the bloblike raid mob in Vex Thal : Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra : http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=8818
Drops a food and a drink clicky, non stat though. A small group of 90's characters should easily deal with it nowadays. The items are : http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=12898 and http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=13163 for food.
They are listed as rare, and the mob has a relatively large loot table, so it may take many kills (and long waits for respawn) to get either to drop.

I have a couple of low alts with banks full of the free stat food from Halloween & anniversary. Kind of like a free grocery store to tide me through the non-celebratory times. Works on FV as the food is all tradable (not recalling if it all is on regular servers).
On FV the Vex thal drops are tradable too.
The other trick is to gorge on cheap food so that you eat hardly any of your good stat food. I also like the eat-less-food AA line.
