The Earring of Diminuitiveness is a good one from that list that is easy to get nowadays, difficulty wise. Of course you will likely have to spend some pretty boring time farming the DoDH instance while waiting on the drop without luck. (Somehow I got it on my 2nd instance, luck indeed.)

I've had the Wand for years, but I am now looking for another and have probably decided on the Earring for one main reason: I have to equip the wand to use it.
With just about everything clickable from inventory now, the Earring or the Humanoid Reductionizer from Mech Guardian are the better choices, in my opinion. Plus they give you the option to shrink others, while the wand is self-only.

Yeah i started to clear Mech but no drop atm,cleared it 3 times but no drop yet...pesky lil drop
The reductionizer is pretty rare. I've only seen it drop once. But I've only done the Mech Guardian about 50 times give or take. Still enough times that only seeing one drop makes me think it's pretty rare. The earring too I've heard it taking close to 50 clearings to get, but on the other hand, you hear of people getting it in a only a few clearings, so maybe just uncommon on it.
Of course, I've spent many hours working on the wand before getting the reductionizer (at least 40hrs), and all I got was the cloak if I got anything. My luck is not always the greatest though. As examples, took about 6 yrs to get the dusty soriz pouch to drop for me, though I seen lots of other people get it, while I was waiting for them to leave to take over the camp, and of course, the one day, I got three 0s out of a 1000 randoms in the same day on raid loot. Luckily, one was a winner as there were no other rolls.

Grats! And after re-reading posts on the wand, I'm more surprised I never got one. I remember spending 12hrs in a row there the first time, and got lots of spawns, but only the cloak, then several other 4hr camps, plus I don't know how many times, killing the named or PHer while farming tradeskill supplies. I may have to see about getting some alts the drop, if it's as common as noted.

Thanks it was a boring camp tho.I forgot how boring "camping" can be.I was so bored i was working on my casting skill-ups.It just may have been the luck of the draw so to speak...
