I have been trying to use the "Parcel" system in VoA. I keep getting the same error "Sorry <Name>, I do not know anyone by that name. He then returns my items to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks you

Do you own VoA? Does the person you're trying to send something to own VoA? I don't think it's required but I'd start there first.

Are you trying to send something across servers?

Are you sure you typed the name correctly? Some names are really wierd (ignore this question if you were trying to send something to yourself. I figure you can spell your own name correctly.)

Did you /bug this in game? That sends it directy to QA to verify and get on a list of things to be fixed.

I almost went crazy with this the other night, before finally realizing I had hit spacebar at the end of the persons name and that was causing the error.

Also I noticed with the player housing permissions, case matters, so having my alt give permissions to tatanka failed, but it worked with Tatanka. That may also be part of the issue here.

A Parcel NPC needs to be placed in bazaar. Having an AFK (because of 2 jobs) Trader in Bazaar. Armourcarr then could use the NPC like a EQX or EQPS (United EverQuest Parcel Service) and make extra plat via mail service :D. But I think it would be beneficial to have one Parcel NPC in every zone....or even as a veteran award?
